I was supposed to be staying for 30 nights in a larger suite with a living room area. I ended up in hospital for a week and couldn’t move in. Their central reservations helped cancel the reservation with a nominal fee. So appreciative! Will certainly stay here oagain!

We unexpectedly needed to stay in the area so a family member could continue medical treatments for 3-1/2 weeks. Staff were very accommodating to us. Rooms and facility was very clean. We needed a handicapped room which they provided. This is considered a long term stay hotel, and the rooms are basic, but they provided everything we required for our kitchen to be able to prepare simple meals, as well as extra linens whenever we needed them. They have very simple offerings in the morning -- coffee, tea, packaged muffins, and granola bars -- very nominal breakfast. (I'd call it a snack). Kind staff who were willing to help us in anyway possible, during a stress-filled time. Special thanks to Gary, Allyson, Rachel, Melyssa, Diana, Lori, Bill, Patty, Susan, Loralei, and Dustin for all your help.

The beds were really uncomfortable and small. My son opened up the refrigerator and there was left in from a prior guest. Location was convenient to where we needed to be but I don't think we will be staying again.
Although you liked our location, we are sorry you found the bed uncomfortable. We do have a variety of room configurations which may be more suitable to your needs the next time you stay with us. We appreciate your feedback as we continually strive to meet the needs of every guest. We also have asked our housekeeping staff to make sure this room receives a deep clean. I only stayed here for a night. It was a last minute booking in the middle of the night. It was very convenient and a nice stay. Would definitely recommend for last minute stays as well as extended stays.
