This has been our 4 th visit to this resort and it was wonderful.The staff and the servers were very friendly and helpful.We must thank Robert and Frank in the buffet they were exceptional.The room was always cleaned ,the bed was very comfortable .The grounds are very well maintained.We are returning for two weeks at the end of January

Excellent service. Paola the host was the best.
We also really appreciate Perla from the Prestige Lounge. As well as Juan and Heudy from prestige bar at the beach.
The food was amazing too.
The staff made our birthday celebrations great.

I love the resort. The room was extremely clean so is the entire resort including beach. If u enjoy premium alcohol or wine. You must join special club for $50 per day. You must request right after check in. This is not the same as fancy membership for resort. Totally worth it for extra $50 a day you have person driver take you & pick you up all of resort. My driver was Samuel. The premium alcohol is 1800 Tequila Remy Martin Absolute Vodka . Without $50 day program they have Sky vodka. The fancy alcohol is also on beach member's only. Just $50 per day. Ask Caroline rManuel tell them Viola sent you. They both are very kind. Don't drink water. I didn't get sick because I didn't drink water no bottle water available

This resort was good! I was nervous prior to going/booking due to some of the reviews but the resort exceeded my expectation. The pools were clean, in fact they drained the pools and repainted and filled them while we were there which was nice - and the time it took for them to do so was very impressive. The pool bar staff Miguel and Fermin were great!
The beach and pool area were clean and comfortable. A lot of chairs always available which was nice.
The rooms were a bit outdated - but they were doing work/construction on the stairs nearest to our room and painting the walls in the hallways.
The food was good, not much input on the food. Wasn’t great but wasn’t bad either.
The cleaning service was great - our room was always clean with fresh towels. Our cleaning ladies were very sweet.
The entertainment team was okay. I felt we didn’t see them much throughout the day and activities were never announced We happened to stumble upon a few activities during the day but again, nothing was ever announced for it. Minimal entertainment at the pools/beach. Throughout my stay we saw the entertainment team by the pool/beach maybe around 3 times.
It unfortunately rained 2 days in a row and there were minimal things to do during the day as it rained - again we wish the entertainment team would’ve been a little more engaged and active but they were all very nice and friendly.
The night shows were good and entertaining.
The lobby bar was great and the club at night was nice as well- not too crowded at all. We enjoyed our stay at Iberostar - I would overall give it a 7/10.
