I stayed on May with my boyfriend! Its a nice hotel, great located! My room had a balón and it was amazing to have breakfast in the morning! The girl who worked in the morning was super sympathic. She helped us locating things in Barcelona and recommend us places to eat!

Great stay and its Worth the Price!!!

I was extremely impressed with the stylish rooms and how impeccably they were kept. The bathroom was lovely and clean, the fridge was stocked with free water everyday and the air con worked perfectly.

The area is nice and quiet and there are lots of nice places to eat and drink surrounding it. Close to a few metros and round the corner from tourist spots such as Casa Batllo and Sagrada Familia.

There isn't a reception which is fine but I imagine this would be a problem if any faults occurred in the room. My partner and I were arriving late and had made contact with the hotel a couple of days in advance to see how we would access the hotel and our room. We heard nothing until a few hours before we arrived in Barcelona. The lack of communication was very worrying and it would have been nice to hear from them prior to a few hours.

Visited here for 2 nights in July with my boyfriend. We got a taxi from the train station to the hostel which was the best option as we had a lot of bags. We weren't sure if the taxi had dropped us off at the right spot as we couldn't visibly see the hotel. On closer inspection, we saw the plaque on the wall for the hostel. We rang the bell and were let in. It's either 2nd or 3rd storey of the building with there is a lift which is good. Check in was quick and we were so happy with the room. It was really bright and airy, they also left a bottle of wine for us! There is also a small balcony with lovely views. We didn't have any issue with noise of other guests and the toilets were spotless clean. I read in other reviews that the kitchen can be used to prepare your own meals not I'm not sure about this as the sign we awe on the kitchen said for staff only. I would stay here again definately. The check out process wasn't very clear to us though and there wasn't someone to ask questions too on demand but there's good wifi so you should be able to figure it out yourself!

Beautiful rooms, clean and spacious. Stayed with 2 friends in the Triple room. Lovely location, 10 minutes from the metro station. Hotel is located perfectly away from the buzzing strip of la rambla. Defo recommend to friends looking for a cute spot to stay!!!!!

First night was nice, greeted and welcomed! Room appeared clean and we even had a free bottle of wine! After we paid the standards dropped! Room sheets where changed but where dirty, new towels we got were all marked with what looked like make up and 4 out of the 5 night we stayed we where woken up around 8.30 from noisy hostel and work getting done in the appartment below. Due to lack of sleep we asked to be moved and no there was no reply from person in charge. 2 bathrooms between a floor of 6 rooms is not ideal either. Most rooms where family's so can be a pain trying to get in there in the mornings! Shower unit was blocked also.

We booked a triple room and arrived before the check in time, luckily the lady was able to give us the room before, she was really sweet and kind.
Also the cleaning service was like a 5 stars hotel! They arranged the room as soon as we left every day! Thank you so much!! Amazing stay!!

There is any reception desk, just a woman that goes to the apartments to clean and stay there for few hours. We get to the hostel at night and they just gav us instructions how to get inside the hotel and to the room. The just left our room open with the keys hanging..The stay was ok, really good location, everything really clean, a bit noisy if your room is near the main door. Our room was on the patio, we didn't had so much natural light, the mattress was terrible, just some foam. At check out we couldn't keep our luggage as they don't have a proper storage room, the solution they gave us was to keepit under a table in front of the main door (a really safe place!) damn! e just had to carry all the long our luggage trough Barcelona :(

The service was absent because no frontdesk. Very noisy as the building is old and no isolation from outside. The most shocking was that they charge you more that 6.5€ per person per night as tax which frankly i find it a theft as they do it silently on your card after the checkout.

This hotel is a scam, they stole over 250 dollars from my credit card, unauthorized, and have not refunded my card or responded to my complaint. Don't book with them, completely unprofessional, and thieves.

We arrived early and they made sure our room was first to be cleaned so we could check in early. Very responsive to emails. Our room which was six right by the entrance has no room number on it. It is very small but you get two waters a day. This room is very loud. Hear everything at all hours of the night and day. Our air conditioning did not work and even the cleaning lady said our room was hot with the temperature being 48F outside. The window is also nailed shut. Didn’t expect much for the price but a pretty good location. Overall I can’t complain. Beds are not comfortable.
