One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in for a city break! The staff were so helpful and accommodating, the room was very clean and the amenities were great. The breakfast was also great with the option to order some things cooked fresh for you and the buffet. The pool area is lovely and we used this most afternoons. I’d recommend to anyone going to Barcelona and would stay here again

My husband, 8 yo son, and I stayed in a triple room for 6 nights. The room was clean and comfortable with adequate space for us. It also had a lovely little balcony. We booked direct on black Friday so it was a fantastic deal. At the time I booked, you could also sign up to be an H10 member and receive 5% off your stay (on stop of the black Friday deal). Breakfast was also included if you booked direct, and it was a treat. Warm options (fried eggs, some type of breakfast meat, potato) as well as pastries, traditional european breakfast, granola, delicious yogurt parfaits, cereals, fruits, etc. A fresh cup of coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice were poured when you get to your table. Also a Nespresso machine, an array of juices, and some Cava on ice if you'd like a mimosa.

The front staff, wait staff, and cleaning staff were all extremely nice and helpful. It was my husband's birthday during our stay and we had a bottle of Cava and chocolates left in our room. We didn't mention anything about it being his birthday, so the staff definitely goes above and beyond for their guests.

Located about a block away from 2 metros and maybe a 15 minute pleasant walk to Plaza Catalunya. It's in more of a residential area so it was quiet but still had plenty of bars and restaurants near by.

Their laundry service is incredibly expensive, but there's a nice laundromat just a couple blocks away. (I'm a laundromat novice, so I didn't realize that it was cash only and the 4 different washing machines were different price points. I managed to pick the most expensive one and then didn't have enough cash for the dryer.)

We stayed at H10 Art Gallery for a long weekend and we were very satisfied with our hotel choice. The location is perfect to visit different parts of Barcelona and the hotel staff is very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are very clean and nice (we also had a nice balcony looking over the internal garden) and also the shared areas are very pleasant and well decorated (each floor represents a different artist). The rooftop terrace and pool is perfect to relax for a couple of hours - adding a bar there could be a nice plus, since to have a drink at the pool guests need to bring it themselves from the lounge bar. Overall very pleasant experience!

The hotel is in an ideal location to explore the city and main sites. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is very pleasant for walks, cafes and bars etc. The breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice - offered in a very pleasant dining room area of the hotel. Interior of the hotel has very nice decor with lots of modern art throughout. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom areas were well equipped and clean. Unfortunately, we didn't sleep well during our stay. The hotel rooms all have laminate flooring and the sound insulation between rooms is very poor - We could therefore hear footsteps / heeled shoes against the laminate flooring into the night / early morning. We raised this with the hotel reception staff. Although the hotel's initial response was slow (needing to phone twice for a member of staff to respond), we were then moved to quieter rooms at the rear of the hotel - although these rooms also came with laminate flooring and footsteps noise could still be heard. Alongside laminate flooring noise, other room to room noise could also be heard e.g. TV's, showers, light switches etc. It's a shame that the noise / sound insulation factors impacted on what is a rather pleasant little hotel.

Loved the location of this hotel as its away from the main tourist drag and the surrounding streets have a much more local feel. There is a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants, which were still lively in early February when we visited and the weather was beautiful so everyone took full advantage of being able to eat and drink outside!
As we've been to the city a few times, we were able to relax and spend a fair amount of time in the hotel - hanging out by the pool in the sunshine was great, especially with very few people around!
Hotel staff were all very friendly and eager to help if we needed it.
Food was great - we took advantage of booking directly with the Hotel so had breakfast included in our rate, which was a plus as there were lots of good choices.

We were welcomed to the hotel with a lovely glass of cava. Our room was ready two hours before scheduled check in which was greatly appreciated as at this point we’d been up and travelling from the UK 12 hours prior to this.
Multi-lingual staff at reception making it a bit easier as my Spanish isn’t up to scratch! We were informed of breakfast times and prices and pool opening times and other hotel amenities.
We stayed in room 103 which was a deluxe triple with patio. The room was clean and spacious and a generous sized bed. Modern finish to the room and patio area. The patio was on the back of the hotel which was very quiet. This led onto a terraced area with deckchairs which appeared to only be accessible from the patio rooms.
There was a safe with clear instructions, easy set your own code. However a few days into the trip I had managed to lock myself out. After calling reception, maintenance had arrived and fixed the problem within 10 minutes! Very impressed.
The pool is a small plunge pool, not for big swimming sessions, but lovely to cool off after a day of exploring the city. We ordered drinks via the app which took 30minutes to arrive but this was not an issue as we were happy to spend the time on the pool terrace enjoying the weather and pool. There is a landline phone to place drinks/foods order if you do not have a smart phone. Pool towels provided and deck chairs plenty.
Each floor was designed around an artist so take your time to look around and see the art prints.
Extra coffee provided when we asked as we were staying for 4 nights. Rooms had a Nespresso machine which was fine as we are coffee drinkers but if you drink tea I’m sure the hotel could be accommodating. Mini fridge, air con, bath robe, slippers, towels and travel essentials (toothbrush, comb, sewing kit, shampoo, body wash etc) all in the room.
I emailed in advance to see if there was an iron and I was informed these were available to request at reception but I did not need this in the end.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Local amenities near by, plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and a metro station all within minutes walk from the hotel.
Over all, a great hotel and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you staff for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The idea behind the H10 is that it is an art-themed hotel; each floor dedicated to a different contemporary artist. However, the theme only seems to run to the carpet designs. It would have been nice to have prints from the chosen artists on the walls.
The offer of a glass of Cava on arrival was very welcome and the staff were very friendly throughout our stay.
The room is a reasonable size for the money and the standout feature is the large drench shower. Equally large was the double bed. In fact, it was so large it was like two doubles side-by-side.
We had a small balcony but it overlooked another hotel's pool and what appeared to be a children's play area so it was very noisy on the balcony. Good news is the room was well soundproofed.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at H10. It's in a great location, a couple of blocks away from the noisy major thoroughfare of Passieg de Gracia and surrounded by a bunch of great restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. The only issue was the wi-fi which rarely worked and when it did, it was really slow. If you don't need consistently access to wi-fi, then it shouldn't be of any impact.

This is a beautiful, very clean hotel. Staff were very accommodating and helpful they were friendly and informative.Unfortunately the day after arrival Spain went into lockdown which we were unaware of before we left uk. The only thing that let the hotel down was lack of menu for evening meal .When your locked in you need food the menu was limited and the portions tiny it was also quite expensive for what you got.But that said it was service with a smile and was pretty prompt. The roof terrace is attractive .The gym has everything you’d need but small .Pool was freezing and also quite small but was clean .The hotel is only minutes from the metro and pretty central to stroll about but we only had half a day so not to much exploring..We managed to bring our flights forward to get home due to circumstances. The hotel have said they’d honour our nights we didn’t use which was more than we expected so big thank you to the hotel for that and look forward to returning when we are able hopefully November. Would definitely recommend this hotel .

Lovely cute room. When I booked, I sent a message to customer service to request a quiet room for my baby and told them it’s my husband’s 40th bday trip.
They were nice to give us a bottle of cava & chocolates as complementary!
There were also welcome drinks for guests which is nice & the breakfast is great too.
The hotel is not far from the public transport and is walking distance to La Rambla.
Overall good experience except for a little tiny thing that our room is situated in front of the hotel and get quite noisy in the middle of the night from people partying nearby... but the bfast is good so it made up for disrupted sleep!!
