The front staff, wait staff, and cleaning staff were all extremely nice and helpful. It was my husband's birthday during our stay and we had a bottle of Cava and chocolates left in our room. We didn't mention anything about it being his birthday, so the staff definitely goes above and beyond for their guests.
Located about a block away from 2 metros and maybe a 15 minute pleasant walk to Plaza Catalunya. It's in more of a residential area so it was quiet but still had plenty of bars and restaurants near by.
Their laundry service is incredibly expensive, but there's a nice laundromat just a couple blocks away. (I'm a laundromat novice, so I didn't realize that it was cash only and the 4 different washing machines were different price points. I managed to pick the most expensive one and then didn't have enough cash for the dryer.)

As we've been to the city a few times, we were able to relax and spend a fair amount of time in the hotel - hanging out by the pool in the sunshine was great, especially with very few people around!
Hotel staff were all very friendly and eager to help if we needed it.
Food was great - we took advantage of booking directly with the Hotel so had breakfast included in our rate, which was a plus as there were lots of good choices.

Multi-lingual staff at reception making it a bit easier as my Spanish isn’t up to scratch! We were informed of breakfast times and prices and pool opening times and other hotel amenities.
We stayed in room 103 which was a deluxe triple with patio. The room was clean and spacious and a generous sized bed. Modern finish to the room and patio area. The patio was on the back of the hotel which was very quiet. This led onto a terraced area with deckchairs which appeared to only be accessible from the patio rooms.
There was a safe with clear instructions, easy set your own code. However a few days into the trip I had managed to lock myself out. After calling reception, maintenance had arrived and fixed the problem within 10 minutes! Very impressed.
The pool is a small plunge pool, not for big swimming sessions, but lovely to cool off after a day of exploring the city. We ordered drinks via the app which took 30minutes to arrive but this was not an issue as we were happy to spend the time on the pool terrace enjoying the weather and pool. There is a landline phone to place drinks/foods order if you do not have a smart phone. Pool towels provided and deck chairs plenty.
Each floor was designed around an artist so take your time to look around and see the art prints.
Extra coffee provided when we asked as we were staying for 4 nights. Rooms had a Nespresso machine which was fine as we are coffee drinkers but if you drink tea I’m sure the hotel could be accommodating. Mini fridge, air con, bath robe, slippers, towels and travel essentials (toothbrush, comb, sewing kit, shampoo, body wash etc) all in the room.
I emailed in advance to see if there was an iron and I was informed these were available to request at reception but I did not need this in the end.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Local amenities near by, plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and a metro station all within minutes walk from the hotel.
Over all, a great hotel and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you staff for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The offer of a glass of Cava on arrival was very welcome and the staff were very friendly throughout our stay.
The room is a reasonable size for the money and the standout feature is the large drench shower. Equally large was the double bed. In fact, it was so large it was like two doubles side-by-side.
We had a small balcony but it overlooked another hotel's pool and what appeared to be a children's play area so it was very noisy on the balcony. Good news is the room was well soundproofed.
They were nice to give us a bottle of cava & chocolates as complementary!
There were also welcome drinks for guests which is nice & the breakfast is great too.
The hotel is not far from the public transport and is walking distance to La Rambla.
Overall good experience except for a little tiny thing that our room is situated in front of the hotel and get quite noisy in the middle of the night from people partying nearby... but the bfast is good so it made up for disrupted sleep!!
