The hotel is a decent value in the quartier, a few steps from a shopping centre and about 5-10mn from the nearest metro stop. On the other hand, quality of bed was just okay, and the isolation between rooms is not very good (not for light sleepers). Bathroom clean and updated, staff provided a good welcome.

My week long stay in Barcelona was arranged by my employer. Th NH Hotel Barelona Les Corts was a reasonable accommodation, just not what would have been my personal preference. A typical European accommodation. Quaint. Cozy. Compact. The front desk staff were always helpful, including directions and laundry services. The fitness area is an afterthought. I used it a few times for what it was worth. The location was good for me from a business perspective with easy access to the tram direct to my office. It was a busier area and the light paned windows offered little protection from the noisy street below. The constant buzz of scooters and other motorcycle type noises carried on into the night. The floors were equally noisy in terms of footsteps and voices. NH has properties throughout the area. I saw quite a few. For the price, I really didn’t find it a value given the experience. In the end, I was out of the room more then in, so, that’s why it just served its purpose.

The best was the breakfast and friendly staff. However the wifi is insufficient to work during my stay. I also had a terrible experience because one of the rooms had loud music the entire night and the reception was unable to solve it.

During the check out there has been a redemption issue with the NH loyalty program. Till date (3 weeks after the stay) the hotel has never replied to my inquires, despite the follow up requests sent by the NH Headquarter offices. They definitely do not care about their customers.

Here on business (I work for an airline), I had the pleasure to interact with reception staff.
They accommodate my requests (where possible) and their courtesy, professionalism and kindness was exceptional.
A special mention to the team member SANDRA, who went above and beyond.

I stayed her while attending the ISE Show. in Barcelona. Nice residential area, easy in and out, VERY clean facility and rooms. Top floor, room 804 was great and worth and few extra Euro's for the private terrace and extra room space to relax. 2 elevators here, the right side one (small) got stuck twice, had to be rescued and let out. Take the daily breakfast add on for a few Euro's more, worth it.

As we walked into our room, we noticed that the sink in our room was clogged up. Immediately we reported it. We stayed for 5 days and it never got fixed unti lthe last night We left a message for hotel manager, but she never returned our call. Email a complaint to their corporate office. They didn't believe us.

This hotel is in an ideal situation for travellers to Barcelona. Close to Barcelona Sants station, and several metro and bus stops. A short walk to a great shopping centre on the Ave Diagonal. Excellent facilities. Clean, well set out rooms. Lovely, friendly and very helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Great break for the whole family.
Well communicated, despite not being close to tourist attractions, it is close to the train station. Cab rank at the door.

Good hotel at a good rate. The stay was good. Breakfast was okay but can be better. Not much choice in the breakfast menu. Front office staff were very good and did hospitality at its best.
Just one feedback about the lift/elevator. The need to open and close the door is very old fashioned and could be changed especially for people with luggage.

Yes, there is one (brand new).
Dear Sir,
We have a minibar in the room with drinks, but it can also be used to put your food. If you need more space we can keep it in the refrigerator of our kitchen.

Hola, creo que si, pero lo puedes preguntar directamente en el hotel. De todos modos en la zona se puede aparcar sin problema aunque hay que pagar, tipo parquimetro.
