The hotel itself was very nice. The room was clean and the service was nice and helpful. I leave 4/5 rating because I expected a bit more from a 4 star hotel. Everything in the room seemed to be old and in need of renovation. We were also having some issues with warm water in the shower. Overall, I recommend the place since it is nicely located

Stayed here with a couple of friends! Really good! Quick check in! Arrived early and got the room a lot earlier than expected! Room was nice! Staff members at reception were really helpful 24/7. Breakfast was also well worth it! However the best part of the hotel was the location. Perfectly in the city centre, a short walk away from all the designer shops and many restaurants and cafe’s. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel was fantastic. I was unsure about the four star rating when I arrived, but this hotel is great. The staff were super friendly and went beyond to make our stay the best it could be. The rooms were clean and in really great shape. I loved our double room suite.
The hotel is a 5-10 min walk from the Barraquer clinic. I highly reccomend this stay. Oh, and about a 25 min walk to Placa Catalunya or the Sants Train station.

I was pleasantly impressed from the beginning, having a reception with smiles and openness from the reception staff.
The rooms were clean and well positioned and every day the cleaning was exemplary.
The breakfast is tasty and very diverse. Close to a lot of public transport stations.

Worst hotel ever, avoid this hotel at all cost. The receptionist was extremely rude. This is the only 4 star hotel I know where you need to go to the reception to collect extra pillows. The rooms are tiny and absolutely filthy. It was a mistake booking this hotel.

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful personnel in general, great experience at check-in. Nice refurbished room. Very good choice at breakfast. Convenient location close to an underground station and still within a walking distance from major sights (approx. 30-minute stroll during which you can discover less frequented areas).

Brillant 4 star hotel in a nice area, staff friendly. Location is a 2 min walk to Metro with a supermartket right around the corner.
Breakfast was really nice tho there are plenty of bakerys and coffee shops close by outside the hotel.

We stayed here for 6 nights for our honeymoon and got upgraded to their one and only Suite! Beautiful room with wide spacious terrace. Housekeeper did a wonderful job of making the room clean tidy. Near train station etc. FO staff are friendly and nice. Congratulated us for getting married and made us welcomed. Highly recommended hotel.

Good room with a comfortable bed, separate bathroom, tv and wifi. Rates were reasonable. Staff were friendly, efficient and multi lingual. Located near a subway station. A nice place to stay for a few days.

A bit off the beaten path, but the price reflects that. The staff was friendly. The room was fairly clean. However, the door to the bathroom is a sliding frosted glass door that does not fully close on either side, resulting in no privacy in the bathroom. Al though the bed was comfortable, and the room was acceptable, the bathroom door situation would keep from going back.

Managua, Nicaragua243 contributions77 helpful votesPlease need to know: if there is a grocery store/supermarket close to the hotel and a tapas bar near the hotel that you can recommend or late entertainment Thank you.
When you come out of the hotel, cross the street and turn right. 100m further you will find a night and day shop where you can fin ALL you want.
If you go 200m further, you will arrive at a square where you will find the subway station and 5 restaurants. Be careful, when I was there ( March), they closed at 10pm.

1. Taking AEROBUS (5.9€ VAT included/pp) from any terminal airport, will arrive to "Plaça Catalunya" and then crossing back the square, take any line (L6, S1, S2) from FGC(Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya - directly to "Muntaner" station. Therefore, just walk for 3 minutes arriving to the hotel.
2. From the Terminal 2 you should take train (Renfe), get off in "Sants" station and change to line 5 Metro (blue) until "Diagonal" station and change again to Ferrocarrils (L6, S1, S2) and get off in "Muntaner" station.
Then, walking around 3 minutes by Via Augusta will arrive to the hotel.
Remember: Metro and train lines, work until midnight. Other option, from Sants station you can take a taxi to the hotel (around 10€ approx.).
Traveling from the airport station, buy a T-10 card (10 travel – 10.30€) is valid to travel in all metro and train system.
