I booked an 8 night stay using points and maybe that was a mistake. Our room was small and hot. Despite manually lowering the temperature, it never moved off 22 degrees (but felt warmer than that). Opening the window offered no relief at all. Our bar fridge didn���t work and when mentioned to the young woman at the front desk she told us “it’s not supposed to be cold, only cooler than warm temperature because it’s just a bar fridge”. Really? Our bar fridge at home makes ICE on the top shelf! Needless to say, the milk we bought for morning coffee (because none is provided in the lounge/coffee area) went sour immediately. We forgot to bring a corkscrew for a bottle of wine in our room and of course one was not supplied in our room either. We also had the misfortune of having a room on the 3rd floor that apparently faces a nightclub. The noise on Halloween night began shortly after midnight and raged on until almost 6:30 a.m. We had NO sleep at all. None. Unfortunately the street noise from the nightclub was very apparent on Friday and Saturday night as well. Ear plugs were of no help in these situations. To top it all off, whatever is used to clean in this hotel is very powerful. It felt like it was burning my sinuses and eyes. The staff use it in the morning while we were trying to relax and have coffee which was highly irritating. Should the cleaning duties not be completed prior to guests using the area rather than mopping and dusting while guests are trying to relax?
The location of this hotel is alright but not as good as I was hoping. It’s not as near to shopping and restaurants as I expected however we were fine using the metro and walking.
I know there’s plenty of people who had a better experience than I did at this hotel but if I were to visit Barcelona again, I would look elsewhere.

We joined a British Airways holidays package and stayed for 5D/4N. We chose this hotel because there was kitchenette in the room. However, we were given a double room with no kitchenette facilities. Very disappointed and the room is small for a 4-night stay. The room is clean and tidy, no fuss.
Some staff are friendlier than others, a cleaning lady with very long hair (she may be Asian) is so cheerful and helpful, and a lady at the front desk who is well spoken and nice (the one with a lovely smile and shorter hair). Both really made my day.
Location - about 6 mins walk from Fontana on L11 - the same line for Parc de Montjuïc, Liceu, and Espanya where you can change for the airport.

Good service very nice and good looking hotel room are nice bed comfortable room have little kitchen small but works perfect very clean room and the entire hotel ass well room are soundproof close to metro bus grocery I spend two wonderful weeks very good hotel

I would like to share my staying in this hotel, what I like the most is the space of rooms and also the hotel is close to Plaça de Catalunya, I used to go by walk ( 30 minutes), staff are very nice and kind.
I recommend washing machines in the hotel, there is one close to the area but it will be better if it's inside the hotel.

room was clean and comfortable very quiet able to get a good nights sleep with no street noise or from other guests staying there would have like a little better location as we didn't know are way around but it was not far from metro or bus stops

Fantastic location, near Gracia and 10 minute walk from Avenida Diagonal and the central districts. Very clean, WiFi worked very well and having a room with a kitchenette was very practical. Very highly recommend.

Clean big rooms, very friendly reception, big shower, flat iron in room, lot of space, big comfortable bed, when window closed very silent, lot of shops around, free print service at reception, taxi from airport cost 35 euros.

If you need just a place to sleep with your own kitchen, I highly recommend this place.
Very good location for business, quiet, clean, spacious and reception assistants are very professional. It was a very good surprise.

lovely place better than pictures showed, really big room for the 3 of us. Location was nice with restaurants not too far and the metro.Will be back again in the summer as it was a perfect place to stay... worth the money and more

Since 2019, Uber has been suspended in Barcelona, so is unavailable as an option. Cabs are readily available and inexpensive.
Not at the hotel itself, no. There is a parking station very nearby, but it's a paid station with no association (that I know of) with the hotel, so no deals between them. One of the great thing about Barcelona, though, is the copious amounts of on-street parking (except for Gracia, perhaps).
I had the same experience with a flight arriving around 8am. There is no waiting room, but they're happy to keep your luggage in a storage room. For me this was a great option so I could go to the many local cafes for breakfast.
