... coming back in December. If I had to offer any critique, a couple of things do stand out as being able to be easily improved, a more extensive gym would be a great addition (they do have one, but its essentially a converted guest bedroom on the third floor) and a fully redone wifi service....

... Metro is a 10-15 minute walk away. As the Metro system in Barcelona is pretty good, it does not take too long to get to the centre. There is a gym which looks very nice but is way too small and basic for a hotel of this category. There are some very light weights and some cardio machines....

... short supply if you consider climate. No restaurant except for breakfast .breakfast hot dishes limited to scrambled eggs and bacon! One day my fooms was not cleaned until After 2pm even if I marked it to do at 9am ! Gym is vdry tiny limited to 2 bicycles and one treadmill ! Short at peak times

I love this hotel. Its always struck the right balance for me between functionality and understated comfort. Its not a luxury hotel, but its comfortable, classy and perfectly located if you appreciate the slightly quieter nature of Les Corts. I am not a tourist, Im a resident in the city and I use it as a home from home / bolthole for at least a couple of weeks per year, and I need somewhere that isn't right on top of the madness of the centre of town or the old city. I always get really well looked after. Special mention goes to Vahag, Rebecca and Susanna for whom nothing is too much trouble. Looking fwd to coming back in December.

If I had to offer any critique, a couple of things do stand out as being able to be easily improved, a more extensive gym would be a great addition (they do have one, but its essentially a converted guest bedroom on the third floor) and a fully redone wifi service. it really is poor to the point of being almost unusable at times.

But overall, just a great vibe and fully recommended. It does get very busy in the summer in particular.

Stayed there last weekend.

Hotel is brand new. Thus, everything is in excellent condition, the interior is very modern and very nice. I received an upgrade and the upgraded room was very spacious and quiet as it was to the opposite side of the street. Excellent.

Staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. No complaints.

The location is a little remote for sightseeing. But there is a shopping centre nearby and the Metro is a 10-15 minute walk away. As the Metro system in Barcelona is pretty good, it does not take too long to get to the centre.

There is a gym which looks very nice but is way too small and basic for a hotel of this category. There are some very light weights and some cardio machines. That's it.

Unfortunately, you don't get breakfast as a Marriott Gold Member which is disappointing but not unusual for AC hotels. I did not try the breakfast as 20+ Euros are simply too much. You get a "discount" price of 15€ if you order breakfast at check-in.

Overall, the quality is very good with some (not uncommon) flaws when it comes to AC Hotels (small gym, expensive breakfast). With the upgrade it was very good value for money.

I stayed 4 nights in a superior room through an upgrade.
Rooms are nice! Bathrooms have no bathtub and there is no separate toilet. Amenities are OK but water in short supply if you consider climate.

The AC is central to most things in the middle of Barcelona situated in the shopping area.
The hotel it’s self is a small contemporary hotel with great size rooms.
Clean with friendly staff id advise anyone to stay, that is unless you like to exercise. Terribly gym !!!
Far to small and of no benefit to anyone and the only reason to come to the hotel.
The breakfast was fresh and nice, and included in the rate so not sure on cost.
