We are delighted to share with you that Stephen M. Winningham has been appointed as non-executive chair of Silverpeak. Stephen has an extensive career spanning several decades in the investment banking industry, leading teams and organisations through transformational growth, most recently as chair of Investment Banking at Panmure Gordon. Currently, Stephen serves as the chair of the Board of IP Integration, a software company based in London. He is also the co-founder and chair of City Harvest London, a charitable organisation that aims to reduce food insecurity and protect the planet by diverting nutritious and in-date surplus food from landfill and distributing it to those who face food poverty.

City Harvest London has been one of our core charities since 2017. It puts surplus food to good use in a sustainable way by distributing it for free to over 375 charities, food banks, schools and community groups across London that feed people facing food poverty. We have funded one of its food rescue vans for the last three years and it has delivered over 2 million meals and rescued over £4 million worth of good food from being wasted. https://lnkd.in/gR4mk2Hm #community #foodrescue #charitablegiving
