Love this. However, one often overlooked aspect of brand positioning is the necessity of making trade-offs. Trade-offs mean embracing the fact that more of one thing often means less of another. Whether we're defining our target audience, allocating resources, or refining our offerings, being willing to make intentional trade-offs, with a clear understanding of why, is what ultimately sets apart a truly focused and effective strategy.
