To be an AAC Star, an employee will over achieve on all expectations and performance standards. An AAC Star is an "iCare" role model and demonstrates the core competencies at the highest level. An AAC Star will provide precedent-setting results beyond the scope of the major functions and demonstrate the highest standards of performance.
In 2016 there were 100 AAC Stars out of 1,000+ employees organization wide. -

Received Employee of the Quarter Award. Candidates are nominated by staff who provide a write up on why the candidate deserves the award. The nominations are then provided to management who scrub the candidates names, and select a winner based on performance, value added, and greatest overall impact. The award is the highest form of recognition given to staff from their peers.
