⭐️My Journey⭐️ Has your flight attendant career path followed the route you had planned? Or have you run into some slowdowns, roadblocks, or detours? If your journey to land your flight attendant job has been anything like mine was, I’m gonna guess that it hasn’t gone exactly as you imagined it would (and that’s ok!) As you look ahead to the end of this year and as aviation gears up for the 2024 hiring season, I want to encourage you: ✈️ Don’t Give Up. ✈️ You have what it takes. ✈️ The sky needs you. And I want to remind you: ⭐ No one’s path to success is straight. ⭐ Everyone experiences setbacks (which usually end up being set-ups for something better.) ⭐The Not Just Crew community is here to help you. As you continue to work towards your goal, I want to give you three mantras you can hold on to - make them your own, write them on a sticky note - whatever you want! 💌 “Every effort I've put into my career this year was valuable and my hard work will pay off.” 💌 “I am proud of the resilience and adaptability I've shown in 2023.” 💌 "I am celebrating the wins, big and small, that I've had, and I know that the best is yet to come." Long-term view, people! - Gentry Davies with Crew Instant gratification is all too easy to chase after. Take after Gentry and his advice to look at long-term over short-term solutions. "Don't take our word for it" - Reading Rainbow And by that I mean, check out what the options are before a quick fix is looked at as the only option.
