Monday Motivator goes out to Recovery Centers of America’s Rachel Andershonis, Manager, Outpatient Operations. Rachel started with us in 2019 as a Treatment Advisor. Her career progressed with us to Sr. Treatment Advisor, Team Lead, and Supervisor as she surpassed her goals and has saved thousands of lives. If you’ve worked with her you know her passion, her grit, her heart, her determination, and her leadership qualities are driven by her desire to help those that suffer with substance use disorder. She is a great example of how recovery can change your life and if you listen to her on a call I can guarantee you will be inspired. She has a beautiful daughter, Emma and is a loving partner and friend to many. Personally, I am a better woman to know her, she models the term “Sobriety is true independence”. We appreciate you and we thank you! #womentowatch #leader #sobrietyistrueindependence #GetSoberforthe4th #outpatientservices #1800recovery
