Our Customer Advisory Board (CAB) was founded in December 2019 to bring together executive sponsors from strategic customers for collaboration, feedback, and input. Members meet quarterly to discuss a range of topics, including industry news & regulations, our product roadmap, adoption best practices, and innovation examples ⭐️ We're incredibly proud of the diverse leaders who have agreed to participate in our CAB, folks like Mallory Callahan, the Senior Director of Population Health Management and Innovation at the Nebraska Health Network (NHN)! ▶️ Mallory joined the NHN in 2017 following an experienced career as a health care professional. She oversees quality, multiple cost and utilization initiatives, and has a heightened passion for health equity and social determinants of health. ▶️ She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, biology and chemistry. In 2011, Callahan earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. ▶️ Prior to joining the NHN, Callahan worked as a physician assistant at Methodist Physicians Clinic in Family Medicine. She serves on the board for Leap-for-a-Cure, an organization aimed at increasing brain cancer awareness, education, and treatment in the Omaha community. She is the founder of the Don Martineau Foundation, which honors her late father and his battle with terminal brain cancer. We asked Mallory about the future of social care, and she said 💬 "The future is bright. We have made so many changes and advancements in the last 5 years that I am excited to be surrounded by individuals who understand the need to look at people holistically and provide person centered solutions. We have had multiple carrots to entice organizations to move forward with the changing landscape and now I think CMS and others will be changing to more mandated participation."
