Congratulations to our customer Essentia Health for winning the 2024 American Hospital Association Dick Davidson NOVA Award for their hospital-led collaborative efforts that improve community health! 🏆 Essentia's Findhelp platform, "Resourceful", was launched in 2021 and is customized for the specific needs of the communities they serve, which includes parts of Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota. 🖥️ Resourceful is integrated into Essentia's electronic medical record and is widely used by community members, including Essentia staff and local organizations. 📝 All Essentia patients are screened for social needs at primary care and pediatric appointments, and its team of community health workers utilize Resourceful to connect patients to resources 📊 The Resourceful program is highly collaborative with a community leadership team that sets annual performance targets, reviews robust evaluation metrics and monitors community and patient feedback. Essentia's Findhelp Customer Success Manager, Jane Kelly, says 💬 "I can attest that Essentia is very deserving of this award; they truly give their all to their community health program. Not only that, they're always happy to present about their success, share best practices with other Findhelp customers, and be a true thought partner with us. Congratulations to Essentia!" ⭐ Read more about this recognition ▶️ https://hubs.li/Q02DrYSG0 #Findhelp #EssentiaHealth #AHA

Excited to share this labor of love! In this article, we examine collective compassion among healthcare workers. Many thanks to my wonderful co-authors: Alaina, Sarah, and Elissa! It's been an honor to learn about compassion from our participants, who found creative ways--big and small--to engage in compassion and support each other despite feeling burnt out and overwhelmed.
