Asking if all our member companies, sponsors, supporters, or followers can consider helping this incredible charity to achieve their funding shortfall. We’ll be at Sparkle Weekend in July. Please come and say hi and find out more about we do to create free educational resources, change perceptions of the built environment industry, support our friends and colleagues in the LGBTQ+ community, and support the brilliant work of LGBTQ+ charities like Sparkle.

Thank you for all of your support so far! 🏳️⚧️SPARKLE WEEKEND CROWDFUNDER🏳️⚧️ As an organisation, like so many we are facing financial difficulty this year. After running the Sparkle Weekend as a free event for 19 years with sponsorship and donations, we are now faced with further struggles after our headline sponsorship has pulled out, leaving us £12,500 short of funds. Sparkle formed the Sparkle Weekend, a free to attend event, focused on trans talent, wellbeing and safety, uniting the community in an uplifting atmosphere. For many, particularly in the North of England, this is their only opportunity to come together with friends, be seen and heard and celebrate their gender diverse identities. Due to the timing of our sponsor dropping funding, we are reaching out desperately to be able to continue as a free event. As mentioned, we are £12,500 down. Every penny and pound counts towards this Sparkle Weekend going ahead. If you can donate please do, and if you can share our fundraiser to gain further support please do. Your donation will be part of keeping a community thriving! Head to tinyurl.com/supportsparkle to support this Crowdfunder Thank you for all your support no matter how big or small ❤ #Crowdfunder #SparkleWeekend #Donation #ThankYou #TransCommunity #Allyship
