Ranchi: RJD observed its 28th foundation day on Friday with the resolution to strengthen its committees at booth, village, panchayat, block and district levels with an aim to win from all seats the party fights in the coming state assembly elections.
Taking part in the function held at the RJD state headquarter, former minister Satyanand Bhokta said, “The decision on number of seats and candidates would be taken by party high command.
We would prepare to ensure victory for our candidates.”

Jharkhand in-charge Jai Prakash Yadav said party workers would spread messages like social justice and communal harmony among people. Tejashwi Yadav, said, “RJD aims to stop BJP from increasing its strength in the country including Jharkhand. The party also wants to increase its mass base in Jharkhand.” TNN
