My girlfriend and I stayed here on a thurs and Friday in the heart of tourist season in maine. It is a very pleasant, quiet motel. The rooms are fairly small but clean. Ac and tv worked great. I was surprised at the extent of the free breakfast considering the size of the lobby. The owners of the place are from overseas but they are legal and polite. No pool but plenty of place to sit outside. Hard to get in and out of the parking lot. We could not hear any outside noise or noise from other rooms. Overall it's a quiet motel for couples, not a party spot. On a weekday it was 80, but on Friday the rate jumped up $40. My son and I had stayed in oob monday and Tuesday this same week and payed 129 a night for a place downtown.

This motel was relatively inexpensive, clean and with a fairly comfortable bed, but not much more. There was too long wait for someone to answer the doorbell (at 7:00 pm), the AC was noisy and the service was so-so.

This is a very small motel consisting of only 10 rooms making it less likely to have many loud guests. The room was very clean when I arrived. I stayed two nights and when I returned to my room after my day out the room was just as clean as on arrival. The motel is right on US Rt 1 but I found it to be quiet even near a major through way. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

We called to get the price of the motel and they said it was 55/night and when we got there we were charged 75. Some of the drawers look as though they have mold in them, it was a very small room, no HD TV's, water in the shower wasn't hot, just a small space heater and the refrigerator was off when we got there and it took most of the night for it to cool stuff again.
Room tip: stay at a different motel!!

The rooms were clean, the price was right. It had wifi. Stayed here on a recent trip to Old Orchard Beach. Was an 8 minute drive. Close to flea markets. Family run, they do try hard and I have no complaints.

The rooms are small and dark - one window in front mostly taken up by A/C and everything is loud -- the A/C, the toilet, the traffic on Route 1. (bring earplugs) But more importantly, it's very clean and the owners were friendly. Request for more towels quickly met. Also like fact there is continental breakfast. For high season close to the coast of Maine this is a bargain at $118 a night. This old-fashioned motel is good choice for those on a budget -- has micro and frig as well. Also close to beaches and other attractions in area.
