Hello, it was a nice sleep there for a day , there is no brush to clean the toilet , it's disgusting to clean, the brush is very important , every other vip hotel they have too, if there is no brush we have to use the toilet just once , can't use twice

The smallest room I have ever been. A small single bed, couldn't even walk to the bathroom. There qas huge noise from the avenue next to the room. There was visible dust on the bathroom shelf. The personnel at the reception weren't helpful at all. The breakfast was very poor, the personnel though there was kind. Extremely low value for money. Avoid it.

this was an easy hotel to stay at, well located and comfortable. We stayed for one night prior to getting on a cruise ship and it was just a short drive to the cruise ship. Our only bone of contention is that the hotel called a cab for us after insisting that we could not use Uber in the city and that boat was required to make you wait at least 15 minutes. Neither one of these things ended up being the truth. The cab that the hotel arranged for us had a meter reading of e14 but charged us e23. I have reached out to the hotel several times to get them to explain this discrepancy, but they have not responded.
So long and the short of it is, stay at this hotel, but don’t let them call a cab.
Room was poorly lit. No room to make tea. Had to plug kettle in the bathroom. Not enough hot food on offer at breakfast.Dangerous plug sockets in the room. No comfy seats to sit on. Only the beds. Not comfy sitting on bad as there was a poorly positioned shelf at neck height when sitting

First let me say that the location is great with the metro station a block away and the Rambla, etc. only a short walk away. But I agree with others - the bed was uncomfortable, I was in a single room right on Paral.lel avenue which was noisy until about midnight and also with the sound of the metro trains running under the building until midnight and then starting before 6am so no alarm needed. So on the whole, I cannot recommend this hotel for anything more than a one night stay - I was there 4 nights and it was tough.
