3 days in this hotel was nore then enough - must say i am spoiled - but quality of the bed is essential for an hotel - very large cushions, extremely hard matrass - horrible to to sleep & not recommended for the future

I was in a single room on the first level. Between the subway running right underneath and the revealers on the street I didn’t sleep for my three night stay. The rest of the hotel was okay . Im sure other rooms were fine . Just don’t let them put you in the front of the hotel. And no they wouldn’t move me when I asked.

checkin takes ages, even if you ordered online and filled in all the details before, no idea what that man was doing on his computer, with all his papers and why he still needed info to be entered on an iPad...
very noisy room, you can follow conversations from the next room if you are lucky nobody is arguing on the hallway, poor airco

This is a true, 2 star hotel. I would say it is like a higher end hostel. Definitely not a good place for families. The rooms are SO small. We are a family of 3 and it was a very uncomfortable stay due to how small the room was (standard twin room). The photos on the website are very deceiving! The hallways barely fit our stroller down. We stayed 4 nights and we couldn’t wait to leave.
Every day I had to ask for 3 sets of towels because we are a family of 3. They continually provided 2 sets until our very last day. It was so annoying because you can’t even call the front desk - you have to go down and talk to them each time.
The location is not as good as they say on the website. They say 10 mins to La Rambla. Sure, by car but walking is at least 25 minutes.
Positives: very clean, breakfast was a great spread, kind person working at breakfast, close to L3 metro stop.
In summary, I would recommend this hotel for single travelers in their 20’s. Not for families. Also, I feel it is very expensive for what you get; not good value. A really small room in a so so location with no amenities.
Room tip: Avoid taking a family here, bring your own hair conditioner

the bed was incredibly comfortable, it was very enjoyable to spend time in the evening in the room with the terrace. We were satisfied with the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. location was very close to metro station

This hotel is very clean with friendly staff. You can reach everything by foot. It’s a little bit loud outside (a lot of bars), but with earplugs I didn’t hear anything.
Breakfast is okay, but there are a lot of possibilities nearby.
It’s only 2 stars, should have 3.
Was my 2nd time there and will come again.
