Hotel is in a good location, the reception staff were friendly and efficient. The room was perfect for us and it was cleaned very well each day. The breakfast choice was excellent the staff were friendly and efficient. Overall we were very impressed by this hotel and would certainly stay there again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was great, we could walk to so many places (note we are walkers, but this location was within 30 minutes to most things). The rooftop meant we could also relax and we often would have a drink up there before heading out for dinner.
Our room and bathroom was spacious for Europe and so clean and well decorated. When we arrived they had left us a welcome dessert treat and a hand written note. That indicated what we were in for during our stay - the hotel staff were all AMAZING!
Carlos at the front reception is an excellent storyteller, well versed in history and also local tips. Every restaurant Carlos recommended was great, and every time we chatted we left smiling.
Brenda at the rooftop bar was so wonderful. She taught us two masterclasses (a fun little experience that the hotel has for its guests, totally recommend) and was friendly and fun to chat with. Her partner at the rooftop bar Sheryl was also great.
Ronald at the front door could read our minds whenever we were in the lobby, an elevator was always magically there for us before we even decided to go upstairs.
Everyone had exceptional customer service, even those we just walked by always proactively smiled and said hello.
Back to the hotel being spacious and comfortable, I ended up getting ill while in Barcelona and spent one day mostly in bed. The staff noticed when we briefly left our room (to go to the market) and cleaned it without us asking!
I can not say enough good things about this hotel team!

Hotel is in a great location near to the metro and only a 10 minute walk from La Ramblas. Staff are helpful and friendly, hotel is clean and has comfortable rooms. Lovely roof top terrace with far reaching views and a pool to cool off in. Breakfast is simple but very nice. Would definitely recommend for a short city break.

Great hotel in a central place a pleasant walk from Las Ramblas, the beach and the Olympic park. Good standard of decoration and cleanliness. The roof top pool and bar were a nice touch and gave another opportunity to admire Barcelona.
