We did the tour on a doubledecker bus to Linderhof castle, Oberammergau village, and Neuschwanstein castle on 5 July 2024. Special thanks go to our tour guide Frau Monica, who is super well prepared, organized, friendly, and speaks clearly while presenting all relevant information about the places we were about to see and about everything else. Her organization skills and her ability to deliver the information clearlymust be the standard in this profession. The tour guides inside Linderhof and Neuschwanstein castles spoke either too quietly or simply mumbled, so it was hard to understand what they were saying. So big thanks for Frau Monica for guiding us so well and for all her suggestions on how to make the most of our time in Schwangau. If I hadn't had her advise, I would have definitely missed either on visiting Marienbrucke or having lunch. Many thanks, Frau Monica! I also want to thank our wonderful bus driver Herr Dragan. He was patient and kind and drove a huge bus safely. Overall, our group of tourists were in very good hands! Even though my family all had monthly transportation passes, going on a tour was worth every penny.

Johni, our tour guide, and the driver, Mr. Seneca (not sure of spelling) took great care of us. They made us feel safe on a long, interesting day even as we hit traffic or had to navigate a narrow winding road up into the Bavarian Alps. We were almost late because we were confused about the meeting point, but they we so patient and kind. It was a great day.

Got on at stop 6 of tour with intention of staying on bus to complete stops 1-7, was told to get off bus at change over point and get onto 8-11 bus, only to discover this was a repeat of previous bus, driver not interested waste of 58 Euro. Never been told on previous bus tour to get off bus
