On July 30th, my family & I celebrated our Family reunion where we all went to Fun Spot. I personally have not been here in over 17 years so a lot has changed. Our cashier was Marie Collins. She was so vey helpful in explaining the different options we had in purchasing the passes. Not once did she get frustrated with us, she had a smile the entire time. She was so thorough in explaining everything for us. I just wanted your organization to know that she is an asset to your company & please treat her well, because she sure is providing five star service to your customers.

This was our first time here! we didn’t really know much about the place ! but the lady at the ticket booth helped us sooo much ! from tickets to discounts cups everything ! ms marie collins made the experience extraordinary! i’m very pleased ! and i definitely will be coming again !

I’m from the Bahamas and I went with a group of 12. Vivian at the snack bar. Her customer services was tremendous. I would differently be back with my family. I’ve enough the experience and she made me feel welcome with her warming smile

The trip to Fun Spot America Kissimmee, Florida was very fun and exciting. We LOVE all the employees that work there. However, some of the employees are especially nice and caring. To name a few are Cathy, Tyler, Wayne, Christine and Stone. All of the employees are GREAT and wonderful. We love to come and visit every month. The annual pass is an inexpensive way to get to have fun without having to wait in long lines and to get to go more often than just once or twice. There is a variety of rides to ride and enjoy for all ages. There is also part of Fun Spot that is called Old Town. There are also many things to do there as well for all ages. There are plenty of shops and a really nice photo gallery that takes old time photos. The prices are reasonable and the staff that works there are wonderful. The old car show is great for all ages. You get to see cars of all years and types. I would like to mention Scotty, who drives the Old Town Train, on Friday and Saturday, was very nice and polite. We loved how he interacted with us in a personal way. We had such a fun time there that we can't wait until we go back. In the back of Old Town are some more rides for all ages. We love the Screamer and the Paratrooper, they are great. You should go there for yourself and have a Great time like we do.

Had the most amazing experience at FunSpot. We will definitely be back. We went for my son’s birthday. Everyone was sweet and accommodating. Crowds were not busy. Maria Collins at the front was so sweet, she stuck out to me as someone that goes above and beyond to make sure the guests were happy. Tim and Chloe (park managers on October 7th, 2023) were two people my family interacted that day, they were very wonderful as well.

Silvia was the absolute best! My whole family really enjoyed playing the game and I even got to win my daughter the big prize which she loved. THANK YOU SILVIA!!! Because of you we will definitely be back next year! Or whenever we come to Orlando next!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good place for family! My family was greeted by and serviced by Ms Vivian. She had great conversation and takes great pride in taking care of the people she comes in contact with. Thanks Fun Spot and Ms Vivian!

This was my first time here, but my family second time here and it was the best. Vivian gives the greatest service, and her drinks are one of a kind and I mean it. I only went back four times lol. She is located inside of the FUN SPOT. The kids love it here and all the prices are right. If you are looking for a reasonable family fun, come here you don’t want to miss it. Thanks again Vivian! I almost forgot about the funnel cake. Let’s just say I was speechless.

I go to Funspot quite often since I have season passes, however I had never had an experience like I did when I went last week. Marie Collins was amazing, she has such a contagious personality and all I could do was laugh, smile, and have a good time!! I absolutely love her, she even explained all the benefits of my season pass which allowed me to fully take advantage of it and treat my friend to an amazing time at Funspot. I know my day is going to be 100x better when I go back and Marie is there. She’s literally representing funspot in all the best ways. Make sure to go see Marie Collins when you visit Funspot, the Orlando location specifically. She turns a visit into a lasting memory.

This is a great place for kids. My kids always have a fun time. we went to both the Orlando and Kissimmee locations. I was also very appreciative of the nice service of Kathie in Kissimmee who went out of her way to make sure one of my girls were comfortable on the carousel. Will def come back next time I’m in Kissimmee.
