We have stayed here before and ever since Hilton took this property over, it seems like the overall quality improved and has remained at a high level. This property is well located to the attractions and numerous dining experiences. We will definitely stay here again.

An absolute beautiful resort run by very caring staff. This resort is small with the centre of it being around a fantastic pool and hot tub. It is built surrounded by protected lands so no high condo buildings will over shadow it. The resort is extremely close to all the theme parks and a lot of very good resturants.

When we checked in, it was very welcoming. I thought the 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit was very spacious. 2 bedroom / 2 bath. The king bed was very comfortable. There is a coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dish washer, and washer/dryer. There are plenty of cups, plates, and utensils. I loved eating on the balcony. We had a pool view. There is a Chick fil a, McDonald's, Twistee Treat, Olive Garden, Publix, and Aldi nearby. It's about a 10 minute drive to the Disney Parks. I will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here for the last 10 nights after we had backword from our original booked hotel. We are in 2 apartments, when we walked in it was like going into a cave, very dark but spacious, equipment very basic for self catering. Floor was dirty when we checked in had to ask for someone to come a clean the floor as we all had dirty feet walking round the apartment. There was not even a kettle, one baking tray that was it. The pool is quite small for the amount of apartments , don’t know what it will be like in high season. Only today after being here 9 nights were we asked about wrist bands that are supposed to be worn round the pool. No one has had them on. It is very easy to get into the pool area and not be staying at the hotel. Again the first time that towels were removed off empty sun loungers. The pool is open until 11.00 p.m. which is a bit ridiculous when there are families with young children who are continually kept awake by the noise from children in the pool. We have had to ask for someone to clean our room or had fresh bed linen , thought that would have been done automatically. Staff are very friendly in reception and ALWAYS speak when you go in there, as the rest of the staff are that you meet round the resort. Bit disconcerting when there are lots of black bags full of clothes along with milk, washing liquid outside reception, with groups of people in reception., made us feel as though it was a refuge for the homeless, some apartments seem to be used on a permanent basis. If you have walking difficulties don’t get an apartment on second or third floor as I have struggled with the stairs.

I wish I could understand the wide range of reviews for this resort - I wonder if some of the buildings are better than others?
This place has a lot of positives and negatives, but ultimately, we will not be back.
On the good side, it is in a fantastic location - just minutes from all the parks. It is a large condo, and great use of space. The staff members are wonderful. It is so quiet here. Even though they were fully booked, we never heard other guests. So much nicer than the huge mega resorts. Each unit has a nice (small) screened in deck, but ours overlooked the parking lot, so we didn’t use it. Although our unit was very worn out and dated for the most part, it did have a beautiful new tile and glass enclosure for the shower in the master suite.
Unfortunately, this property is just in rough shape inside and out. To be fair, the pool area was maintained, but the online pictures show a nice nature trail leading to a shopping area. This was closed/blocked off and littered with leaves/branches. Inside, the furniture is very worn/beat up, blinds and curtains were damaged. The wall in the smaller bedroom had obvious repair efforts done due to water damage, but there was still a crack in the sheetrock approximately 10 inches long. The drain in the bathtub/shower did not drain well at all, so we all used the master bedroom shower instead. But the deal breaker for us….BUGS. I try to be understanding because people tell me Florida just has a problem with bugs in general. But in 15 years of staying at Orlando area vacation resorts/condos, I’ve never experienced anything like this. Tiny little bugs (kind of like really small ants) would appear randomly. Initially I found about 10 – 15 of them on the kitchen counter (so I wiped it down w/Clorox wipes and that seemed to help). But we decided not use the kitchen, or eat in the suite at all. The next day we found about 20 of them all over the bathroom countertop. Another time, they were on the floor.

Norma at the front desk is a gem. The Resort has plenty of room for a family of 5 and even had a washer/dryer. Furnishings are worn, but overall clean and a great value. Beds were comfortable and kitchen a plus.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 3 children and wished we could've stayed longer. Our suite had plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook our meals. Everything was very clean and in good shape. We LOVED the "nature trail"...it was such a nice touch and a pretty stroll to the pool. The pool was heated and large and the spa was great for the chillier morning. The activities director by the pool was so good with the kids...they had a hula hooping contest and I think she helped them for over 45 minutes learning some neat tricks. Publix was one light away and the Disney area was close by as well. We will definitely be back!

We were transferred to Diamond International at Parkway in Kissimmee FL because the Marriott timeshare were own was not available for this time we wanted.
We went there and was the worst experience of our lives... Marriott needs to dump this place as a location to send people. We intentionally came here to bring the kids to Disney for Christmas and was verbally guaranteed 2 days before making the trip a bottom floor room near the pool. When we arrived we got a 2nd floor room as far away from the pool as we could be. Also, the furniture in the livingroom (sofa and chair) was torn and the room smelled had. When I went to the office to complain the Manager didn't have the courtesy to leave her office and speak with me. She relayed info to us via the front desk girl.
They finally moved us a little closer to the pool but still on the 2nd floor. Also, the new room had stained sheets in one of the bedrooms, burn marks on the diningroom table, water spots on several other tables and the wooden blinds in the bathroom were cracked. Then we tried to use the toaster and it was broken with the broken wires sticking straight up out of the toaster. I then went to the office to get another toaster and again the Manager didn't leave her/his office to speak with me but rather had the front desk clerk deal with it.
If this is an example of how Diamond International operates stay as far away from them as you can. And, after going through all we went through they wanted us to join them by paying $1,000's of dollars for a membership.
Be very careful and in the future if we plan a vacation through Marriott and the time we want isn't available but they can put us with Diamond International I'll cancel my vacation. Oh, and I had to pay a $209.00 transfer fee to go through all this.

We stayed in a renovated room and loved every minute we were there. The beds were comfortable. They made sure to have a blender and coffee maker in the kitchen ready to plug in. The kids (18 and 9) looked forward to going back every night even after Disney world or sea world. The location was central to everything we wanted. The beds and furniture all looked brand new but we’re still very comfortable. One evening after getting stuck in a bad storm at sea world we ended up with no clean towels and someone from security even came out in the storm to bring us towels. The same security guard brought a water ball to the pool and left if for the kids there to play with one day. The shuffleboard was fun for everyone when I didn’t think we’d even use it, it ended up being a family favorite. We didn’t utilize the bar much but the one time we did go there the bartender was friendly and the drinks were very reasonable. They were strong for my taste but I’m sure that works well for others. The hot tub was great and kept at a sufficient but not too hot temperature and everything was kept very clean. The balcony was screened in and we spent many nights just sitting out there without worry of getting bitten by mosquitoes or having any bug issues at all. Disney was disappointing this year so this condo was a highlight even over Disney world. Highly recommend

Had a two bedroom, first floor condo unit. The master bedroom has a small screen enclosure that is accessible from a sliding door. Perfect for having your morning coffee without any bugs. The 2nd bedroom had two twin beds so it might be ideal for families with small children, but not great if they are married as ours were. The couch was pleather and was dated with areas that were worn off. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed to fix breakfast or a couple of meals in. The spa and pool was very nice and in the evening they even have outdoor movies you can enjoy while in the pool. The location is ideal, close to shopping, restaurants, and close to Disney.
