Stayed two nights with my sister, nephew and my son. Booked a one bedroom with a living room area with pull out couch. Kids enjoyed the pool and it is evident that it is kept in pristine condition. Room included a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Due to Covid, a hot breakfast is not available but the staff prepare a snack in paper bags with muffins and granola bars. When we return to Kingston, we will stay here again.

I was in room 214 it was quite decent loved the layout, the beds were super comfy. Walls can use a good paint over. It was very clean over all... Could use more chairs for the outdoor space on the second floor. Pool was nice but heated would be better :P. Breakfast is your usual bagel, cereal, waffles, toast some fruit and yogurt nothing special. Good location. Would have been nice to have a fire pit for all to enjoy as they have the yard for it.

Booked one night. Choose the suite as traveling with a friend. The layout was great, bedroom and living room, hallway with small kitchen and bathroom and then 2nd bedroom. Yes, it is a little bit worn, but was clean, the bed and pillow were more comfy than mine at home, had the best sleep I've had for months. Breakfast was continental with waffles, breads, yogurt, almost as good as McDonald's coffee and cereal. More than enough to satisfy a normal person's appetite. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was dingy. Needed lots of repairs but looked like they didn’t care. On edge of Kingston. Breakfast was horrible. Advertised on Booking.com as breakfast included with hard boiled eggs. Sounded good…was a granola bar, greasy prepackaged muffin, and a banana. Other places we went to on our trip at least tried even though there is a pandemic for similar price we got hot breakfast with sausage and eggs and bagels and good coffee. Because it had the Wyndham name we thought it would be a good choice but we were tricked. Don’t make the same mistake.

We decided to book last minute as we were in town for a Hockey Tournament. Was a decent price and usually all the Super 8's I have stayed at were usually kept in decent shape and modern. We got to our room and were disgusted by the room condition, the room needed a good coat of paint as marks and dirt all over the walls. All furnature and carpeting needed replacing as the couch was dated and dirty/stained and the desk chair looked like it came out of the garbage as was ripped, dirty and stained and the carpet....disgusting . If a member of Super8 inspected this property they would hopefully get a stern warning or better yet remove their franchise rights as this was embarassing. If it was a Motel under an independant name then I can understand that as you roll the dice but to be under a chain is like I said emparassing. Our bathroom towels had someone else's hair on it and we believe the shampoo bottle was used as was barely half full. The beds are extremly uncomfortable as are the pillows and when we asked if they were two queens we we told yes, only to find they are doubles. Now I see why a number of hotels in the arer were sold out and this one wasn't. Be warned and do your self a favour and do not stay here we were duped with the name. We were not expecting much but definately not expecting this.

It’s an older or motel the room is at the back of the property are very old I had to request move rooms and they did because it was dirty moldy and there spiders on the ceiling. The newer rooms were cleaner a bit better mold behind the toilet. A lot of upgrades need to be done. Good to have a bar fridge and a microwave. The breakfast was good. But the property needs to be cleaned up there’s old mattresses and appliances that no longer work scattered around the back and the sides of the motel. And he can hear the gunfire at the firing range next-door

I made the reservation online and agreed to a specific price which included a fee for my pet and the hotel charged me an additional fee upon arrival. When I pointed this out to the desk clerk he said the pet charges were extra. We would have cancelled the reservation on the spot however we were checking in late at night after a long day of driving and there was nowhere else to go.

a quick getaway and we were happy with the location just 5 minutes from downtown. It was a bonus to drive over the beautiful causeway. We found our way around quite easily. We did not get a chance to use the outdoor pool but it would be an added bonus on a future trip.

Super clean rooms. Convenient location on Highway 2, just on the east edge of Kingston. Five-minute drive to downtown, ten-minute drive to Kingston Pen. Staff (owners?) very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic motel fare, plus waffle iron. Coffee excellent.

We arrived a bit early than check-in time and we were pleased to be able to access our rooms right away. We were shown two rooms that we could choose from, which was nice. Room tip: less road noise if you go further away from the office area. The suites are nice, spacious, and have windows front and back.

We would definitely stay here again when visiting Kingston. Cheaper than staying right downtown, without having to go too far.

Mask wearing during the COVID-19 pandemic not enforced on staff or guests. Information communicated to the Motel about a pet traveling with us was not recorded and the pet was unexpected. (This did not stop them charging extra, however!) Breakfast was less than advertised due to COVID-19 but this did not result in any price reduction.
