We arrived about 2 hours pre-checking time and our room was ready! The check in was very easy and fast, and the nice Kevantai personally guided us to our room giving a complete explanation of the hotel facilities as we walked through the courtyard and pool areas. The room was big, comfortable and very clean, with a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator (that actually cool and freeze), microwave and the coffee maker. The bathroom was modern and clean. The pool small but clean and cozy and surrounded by a nice relaxing and private area full of lush and green vegetation. We did not use the pool, having such a wonderful beach steps away from our room. The beach with with fine sand and turquoise warm waters is spectacular, and with plenty of chairs, shades and towels. You can get a cabana if wake up early. There are snorkeling gear also available. The nice beach bar ready after 11:00 am for you to order your drinks and meals. Special thanks to Jose at the bar. Be aware If you order food at the beach bar you'll have to wait a little since is cooked or prepared in the hotel restaurant. On Fridays there is Barbeque dinner event at the beach bar-restaurant. The place is nicely set to accommodate the tables, and food stations, is all you can eat buffet right on the beach with a nice sunset (in a normal weather of course) the servers were nice and fast. It is not cheap, and the BBQ entries weren't actually grilled there, but in the main kitchen and then brought and kept warmed in a grill. It was delicious!!. The complimentary breakfast, buffet and a la carte, was outstanding. if you need to go out for dinner, shopping or just to hang out they at the front desk get a taxi for you ready in 5-10 minutes. As well a complimentary taxi to the airport when you leave. They take you to other West Bay property to take the rapid COVID test free of charge before your departure if required. Making the appointment timely at the front desk is recommended. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Just an amazing group of attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Kizzy, Katiusca, Evanson, Earlnisha, John, Bernardo, King Charles and ALL the staff were wonderful! THANK YOU for the memories!!
We had a well appointed, clean, and convenient one bedroom suite (with included kitchen and W/D). Our patio was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the breeze. Lunch was served daily at the beach... Lounge chairs, umbrellas, individual chair covers, and towels were included. Catamaran sailing (for two), kayaks, older bicycles, and snorkeling gear were also added amenities. The pool was surrounded by well manicured grounds and plenty of towels and towel covered lounge chairs at the ready! Breakfast was included; and the lunch/dinner menu was also tasty. The kitchen staff was inviting and readily made accommodations for our food allergies. The open air kitchen aromas were so delightful!
The front staff were readily available for reservations, tours, taxis, and restaurant recommendations.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Boutique Hotel experience!! Island Vibes!!

WBC was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for our trip to Provo. Located on western end of Grace Bay, the beach in front of hotel was beautiful and able to be enjoyed (Vs staying more central since would be near the massive Beaches resort and their crowds). Beach area super clean white sand and clear turquoise water, some sea grass with a daily stingray visit but otherwise not too much wildlife. It was an easy 20-min walk down the beach to snorkel at Coral Gardens and then we swam back to hotel based on the current going that direction. On the far west is Smiths Reef which was a 30-min walk down beach, it gets a little rocky so we preferred to drive over but is walkable if don’t have a car or could use one of their hotel bikes too! Hotel was very well kept and had hand sanitizer stations in all public shared areas like elevators, dining area, etc and guests and staff abided by the mask guidelines. Petula was incredibly warm, friendly and inviting, she really made an effort to get to know each guest and went above and beyond to make each stay wonderful including ours. Jose was awesome at the bar and totally kept the beach and dining areas running smoothly! Domareo on the beach was really great and excellent friendly service every time. Complimentary breakfast did not disappoint with bacon, sausage, eggs, grits, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, pastries and cereal. Delores was our breakfast server and she was always so sweet and great service to make sure our coffee cups were always full. We had lunch almost every day on the beach from the hotel and it was really yummy food - the grouper tacos, mahi mahi wrap and pizzas were some of our faves. Dinner was also very good, the hotel also does a beach barbecue buffet on Fridays that was awesome with live music. Enjoy the sunset on the beach or on the comfy fireside patio. Housekeeping was great (includes nightly turndown service). We rented a car and parking at WBC was super easy. The pool area was very nice and we hung out with some local kittens that also enjoyed the pool chairs. The oceanfront rooms have great views of the beach, the landscaping is beautiful with greenery and flowers. Great location and amazing staff, we look forward to our next visit!

The resort called us the day before we flew out to make sure we would be landing before they closed the airport due to Hurricane Laura at 4 pm. Once we got to the resort they informed us that due to the storm the island would be shutting down at 4 pm, the beach was closing at 3 pm and that we were welcomed to hang out at the pool and have dinner there. So we walked out to the beach for about 30mins and then just hung out at the pool and had drinks. The chef on staff made us dinner and even prepared us dishes, not on the menu like grilled salmon. They also prepared and sent us that night complimentary breakfast and lunch for the next day since the resort would be shut due to the storm. They had a text service so that we could easily text them if we had any requests or problems. They would send us daily texts to see if we needed housekeeping, or if we wanted to make dinner plans with them. The staff was small and they all knew us and made us feel so welcomed, Jose was a delight as our bartender for the week and Kyonn was so pleasant and sweet with her recommendations. We later found out there were only 7 couples total at the resort too. If I am being honest at many times we felt like we had the island to ourselves. We snorkeled, rode bikes, and took out a Hobie from the resort. We even planned a photo shoot at the resort and the beach one evening too. We couldn't get over how beautiful and easy everything was. We rented a jeep and it was dropped off and picked up from our resort, and we rode the Provo Ponies and they picked us up and dropped us off. Top-notch service everywhere. We drove all over and enjoyed the Sopadilla beach and the Malcolm beach. We loved that our place was so close to places we often walked to dinner at Mangos and Shark Bite and would walk the beach on the way back. We even rode our bikes to the grocery store, I wouldn't recommend that it was scary.
The resort was on top of it down to the last night there they text us to ask if we would like to schedule a taxi to take us to the airport and allowed us to check out later due to our flight time. Absolutely fell in love! Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful time at West Bay Club! Quaint and quiet hotel with beautiful grounds and friendly staff. Rooms are beautiful with gorgeous views. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas provided and comfortable. Beach is gorgeous. We enjoyed their food and thought their free breakfast was great (although their coffee could be greatly improved). Rooms are beautiful and large, with great view and large patios, we loved having laundry/washer and dryer (game changer!), fridge, sink, etc. We bought basic provisions at the nearby IGA but ate most meals on the property. Kayonn was exceptionally friendly and provided great service and Ezadora, Beatrice, and Aracelys were also wonderful. There is nothing to walk to which is the down side of being in a small quiet hotel, but for us that was worth it to have a noncongested, quiet beach experience. The hotel does offer shuttle rides to and from sister properties in the Grace Bay Area, although admittedly arranging the ride back wasn't seamless. Overall we really enjoyed our time, well worth the money, and we hope to be back again soon!

We really enjoyed the layout and landscape of the West Bay Club with lots of green space. Even during high season, it was never crowded and felt very private.
We were in a 1 bedroom suite (room 406) and we enjoyed the views of the turquoise ocean on one side and the beautiful pool view on the other side. The bedroom was huge with a large TV and a comfortable bed with a large window overlooking the pool. The living room was spacious with stylish furniture. There was a pull out couch where our child could sleep comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge. The balcony was nice with comfortable chairs to enjoy the views of the ocean.
WBC being situated on one of the widest parts of the Grace Bay Beach, there was hardly anyone on the beach and we felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. There was a plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day. There is a popular reef area 5 min walk on the beach to the east near Windsong but we found this area too busy and there were lots of fish right off our beach.
The infinity pool was beautiful and never crowded and it was larger than I expected from the photos.
The included American breakfast was good. The eggs were made to order and also there was a buffet with a selection with fruits, bread and yogurts etc.
We also enjoyed our lunch at the beach restaurant. Lobster tacos and conch fritters were our favourites. The restaurant staff were always friendly and attentive.
We walked to next door hotel Wymara for lunch one day and we were rather disappointed. The staff were unwelcoming and the pool was packed. It did not feel private or luxurious. Their beach restaurant was mediocre at best.
All in all, we found West Bay Club to be the perfect base to discover Providenciales or even just to stay in. We had a rental car and used their free self parking and drove to the supermarket which is 5 min away and also drove to nearby restaurants and beaches.

From the moment we checked in at the front desk the staff treated us like we old friends. And for the next week they anticipated our every need without being intrusive and with an unfailing great attitude. Petula's professionalism and charisma was a daily treat as she clearly knows how to run a smooth operation. Giovanni and others at the front desk were always willing to help and even called ahead to make sure we had cabs to our various destinations. The beach crew was great, especially Jose who seemed to spend the entire day jogging back and forth between the beach and bar without spilling any drinks somehow. Renaldo, like Petula, provided keen oversight of the services and even made us some ad hoc drinks when we know he had other duties to take care of. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The pool was fantastic and the, rooms, food, and overall ambience exceeded our expectations. We wish we could remember the names of all the other staff but hopefully we will get another chance soon.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful 7 days at the West Bay Club. This was our second time staying at the hotel and it's a perfect place if you are looking for a quiet stay, pristine beach and excellent service from all the staff. We have vacationed in Provo multiple times and choose this property when travelling with our two kids because of the excellent kids club program ran by Margaret who is absolutely amazing! Cannot say enough positive things about how great Margaret was with our children (ages 7 and 9). The kids would run to her and she engaged them in many fun activities, such as snorkeling, volleyball in the pool, arts & crafts, and other games by the pool and on the beach. They are still talking about how much they miss her and want to go back! We stayed at the one bedroom suite both times (2022 and 2019) and each unit was very clean, large and had breathtaking views of the Grace Bay beach and the stunning sunsets in the evenings. Unlike some of the other hotels further down the beach, the WBC beach is very wide and never feels crowded, there were plenty of available beach beds and they were well spaced out. Overall, this is a perfect hotel if you are looking for a quiet/relaxing location, "home away from home" feel, and friendly staff that take the time to accommodate your requests (eg. dining reservations, recommendations on day trips, special requests, etc). We will definitely return!

We highly recommend the West Bay Club for your stay here. The views were breathtaking, the staff was so welcoming and accommodating and the rooms were spacious, clean with stunning views. A Big Thank you to all of the staff at WBC; Roshana, Beatrice, Kenny, Kimeron, Rahon, Alex that may our trip memorable! We were greeted on our arrival with Cocktails by Roshana and she is just a gem. She checked on us daily and made sure our stay was just perfect offering suggestions and helping with excursion reservations. We stayed in the double master Oceanfront adjoining rooms which was perfect for 4 people both having their own unique amenities that made both rooms very desirable. I start my mornings at 5:30am so my first morning on the hunt for coffee, I was reminded very quick that I was now on Island time and breakfast starts at 7:00am…. LOL. Beatrice was so sweet and accommodating and made sure that the rest of the week they had coffee ready for me by 6:30 am. A Big thank you also to Kimeron for making sure it was ready each morning and delivering to our door. Yes, There is coffee and coffee pots, in the room( but I don’t use any hotel coffee pots) so they could have just told me to use those but they didn’t. That meant so much! And their coffee was very good. We took several cab rides to various places including IGA grocery for some snacks (brace yourself for the prices as everything is shipped in) The only cheap thing on the island is RUM. LOL. A taxi ride averages $8-11 per person. We also visited the Ritz for dinner, the Infiniti beachside bar at Grace Bay and the shopping areas nearby. These other hotels were nice and we highly recommend a visit to the Infiniti bar but there are alot more people here in this area. Coming from our touristy home state of FL, we prefer the WEST BAY CLUB where we stayed because it was a bit more quaint and private. We also came in May which we understood to be off season and we were thankful for that to have less people. We stayed beachside for a majority of our stay enjoying food and fresh drinks from the beachside bar at WBC which were all very good, and we did enjoy the Friday Sunset BBQ at the hotel. The staff made sure our beach chairs were covered each day and had fresh towels. We would highly recommend the Island Vibes Boat tour to Iguana Island and snorkeling was a highlight of the trip and such a blast. Roshana can get that booked for you It was a much needed mental break and relaxing trip. Thank you to all the staff that made it so relaxing and amazing. They even brought us mothers day flowers before we departed. We cannot wait to come back! Also, We did have to have a negative positive Covid Test to fly home within 24 hrs of leaving and the staff even arranged that for us right at the Hotel. My girlfriend and I recently stayed at The West Bay Club in August 2021 in a one king size bed studio. We loved how the staff were friendly, especially Beatprice from the dinning area is the nice to talk with. We like how the property is set up, landscape is kept, nice beach staff, and most importantly how not too crowded of people staying. I guess due the location of the island and resort, it is not high traffic of guess which we liked. The housekeeper "April was very nice and maintained to keep our room well kepted, however she forgot our washclothes sometimes. I wished it the resort offered more beach view rooms. I was not happy with our view, we and people paid alot of money to stay here and wish to have ocan views. Studio rooms or garden view should be cheaper. Short drive from airport. I cant forget my guy Giovanni from the front desk!!! He is the best! He gave us a brief tour of the property, very friendly, suggested nice local restaurants via text, and help us book our four hour boat tour with "good vibes islands tour." Thanks Giovanni. West Bay Club Resort is a very good place to stay in Turks and Cacios. I would stay there again but prefer ocean view next time. I highly suggest in renting a rental car due the distance of other sites, affordable local resturants, and run things to do.

There are restaurants within asking distance, but we did rent a car to explore more of the city & eateries closer to the locals. If you do rent a car, GO TO OMAR’S!!!!! The restaurant next door at the hotel over got rave reviews. It’s trash. Don’t waste your appetite. Take that belly to Omar’s!
You should not have any problems getting a table for lunch. Dinner will depend on when you will be there and where you wish to dine. Prices for lunch and dinner vary depending on the restaurant. Drink prices are uniformly high, but generally on par with high end spots in Chicago and NYC.
You would have to contact the resort directly. I have no idea! West Bay Club and Grace Bay Club are sister organizations but not sure about Ocean Club.
There are more places to choose from in the Grace Bay area.
