I deeply regret that your recent experience did not meet your expectations. I am very sorry to read about your disappointment with the rooms. As a point of note, please be informed that all our furniture has an old-fashioned style, aligned with the hotel, being an historical building. However, I deeply regret the inconvenience with the beds. Under no circumstances they should be in the condition you described, and we will immediately revise it. Please accept our most sincere apologies as this is not indicative of our standards. Regarding the room reservation, in fact, the first room assigned was a Junior Suite with private terrace but the living room area and the bedroom area were not separated. Please note this first room was assigned with the best of the intentions, as only a few rooms have private terrace and most guests value them rather than having separate areas. However, I completely understand this was not what you expected. Nevertheless, after speaking to the team, I am glad to know that a compensation was provided, and that they were able to provide a different Junior Suite, although I regret this situation was not handled in a better way.
