Independent Arbitrator || Vice-President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration

🇦🇹After #PAW now it is the time to be in Vienna particularly given that the #VisMoot competition this year is based on the ICC Arbitration Rules to mark the centenary of the #ICCCourt! 💯 ❗️While being in Vienna I will have a pleasure to speak at the 19th Annual Leading Arbitrators’ Symposium on the Conduct of Int’l Arbitration organized by #JURIS. I will be exploring the topic of Tribunal Deliberations and Dynamics together with my co-panelists J. Brian Casey, Hauser Wulf Gordian, and Lawrence Newman in a panel discussion led by Michael W. Bühler. 🙏🏻 I extend my thanks to Grant Hanessian for having invited me to join the 19th edition of the conference that this year features many other eminent arbitration practitioners including Dr. Ziya Akinci Hilary Heilbron KC Bridget Mary McCormack Patricia Peterson Lawrence Schaner Stephanie Cohen Adriana Braghetta Nikolaus Pitkowitz Catherine A. Rogers Galina Zukova Filip Boras Anna K. Marleen Krueger Alexander Leventhal Derek Soller Anna-Maria Tamminen. 🔸When: 2️⃣5️⃣ March 2024 🔹Where: Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Peregringasse 4, 1090 Wien 🔸Registration: https://lnkd.in/dwxzxdyB 📌Finally, when in Vienna, don’t miss the exhibition “Gustav Klimt and His Time” at the Upper Belvedere - thanks to great hospitality of Wolf Theiss I attended a guided tour of that exhibition yesterday and obviously stared at the Kiss! #internationalarbitration
