🚀 Dana, FCIArb, is a leading independent arbitrator with over two decades of experience in international arbitration disputes and on the roster of multiple arbitral institutions. Prior to launching her full-time arbitrator practice, Dana gained unparalleled experience in international arbitration in the arbitration teams at several leading global law firms and as an arbitration investment manager and in-house counsel at a leading arbitration finance company.
She is experienced in energy, oil & gas, construction, finance, telecommunications, intellectual property, sale of goods, life sciences, contemporary art transactions, the fashion/apparel industry and international investments, as well as breach of contract disputes. Dana has been involved in large, complex high value commercial disputes governed by both common law and civil law regimes. She has given her time generously to several arbitration organizations and institutions.
She is a committed diversity leader. She is the immediate past President of ArbitralWomen and on the Steering Committee of the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge, R.E.A.L. - Racial Equality for Arbitration Lawyers, and the Equal Representation for Expert Witnesses (ERE).
She serves as an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law teaching international arbitration.
