What are some creative ways to pitch to a client?
No one likes to see all this cool stuff they will never be able to afford. As a former Chief Marketing Officer, I'd make reps give me the overall price up front. If I only had $100,000 to spend and you show me a $500,000 campaign, you're wasting my time. Having a good idea of your prospects budget is critical in the pitching process.

What are some creative ways to pitch to a client?
Use images the potential client is already using and place it in your publication, website or other medium. This shows them you've done your homework and helps you avoid misalignment. It also reminds the client that their assets can be repurposed, putting the focus on how your audience can help them be more successful for less.

How do you apply fundamental principles to online advertising?
The action you want your customer to take should drive the channels and formats you choose. For example, using Instagram stories will not drive people to your website. However, Facebook and LinkedIn have more direct linking opportunities. Do not just jump on the bandwagon. Walk through your customer journey to your ultimate conversion.
