LUCKY US! MASTERS OF THE AIR The Frontiers of Flight Museum supported the George W. Bush Presidential Center Library’s “Museum After Hours” event last night—a conversation with author Donald L. Miller (Masters of the Air) and WWII B-17 pilot John “Lucky” Luckadoo—with a remarkable display of WWII B-17-related artifacts from our extensive collection. We have over 30,000 rare artifacts at the museum. Come and see us If you wish to display some rare items in your corporate lobby on loan, think about a corporate membership for all the perks! FRONTIERS OF FLIGHT MUSEUM MASCOT! We are thrilled to announce that our new Museum Mascot is "Draco the Dragon", named for the constellation AND of course everyone knows Dragons can fly! I am a Dragon geek (Game of Thrones) and it's only fitting that we roll this new program out in January 2025. Draco will be featured in our new merchandise, as a stuffed animal, we are naming the new kids club after him and so much more. Community Leader Kymberlaine Banks is such a joy. We had a blast yesterday catching up at the museum—yes that is the actual famous parka of Admiral Richard E. Byrd! He is credited with being the first to reach both the North and South poles by air and his story is fascinating!
