Another Wonderful Wednesday spent with Bank of America teammates today, as we gathered ahead of the 4th of July holiday. A client took the time to share how our dedicated teammates have supported him for over 20 years. He shared how our team has gone above and beyond in assisting his restaurant business and serving his entire family. These stories truly highlight the essential role we play in our clients' financial lives. It's truly an honor to be part of such a dedicated team. A special shoutout to Jerry Warren for organizing our gathering, and to Veronica Garcia for hosting us with the entire team. The strong connections with our clients were evident, and it was inspiring to learn about our team's active involvement in the community. A big thank you to the entire team for their unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service. Today was made even more special as I found myself just a few miles away from my hometown. #Greatplacetowork

It was a pleasure to spend time with our three impressive interns at Bank of America Private Bank. Seeing the strength of the next generation of talent that will be working with Bank of America in the future is truly inspiring. These bright interns from top schools brought great questions and insights to our discussion. We discussed our Philanthropic Solutions and how we work with families and foundations to advance their mission. Today, on Independence Day, our colleague, Sheriff Olalekan, a US Army veteran, led our volunteers as parade marshalls, embodying the spirit of service and sacrifice. Standing alongside him was an honor, recognizing his dedicated commitment to our country's freedom. As a mother, witnessing my son shake Sheriff's hand and grasp the significance of his sacrifice was a poignant moment that truly underscored the essence of this day. Teaming up with Bank of America colleagues, we proudly served as Parade Marshalls, offering cold water to participants and onlookers. A special shoutout to Harsh S. Agarwal for coordinating the water station at our Highland Park location. The refreshments and giveaways were warmly received, with many clients stopping by, adding to the festive atmosphere. A heartfelt thank you to Marguerite McClinton Stoglin, James Harrison, Greg Venker, Military Service Appreciation Group and all the volunteers who braved the heat to make today special. Your dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed. Thanks to the Park Cities Rotary Club for leading this parade year after year and for their support of the North Texas Food Bank! #greatplacetowork #independenceday

Congratulations to Emma Greene on an impressive 25 years of dedicated service at Bank of America! It's been a pleasure collaborating with her in the Bank of America Private Bank, assisting families and foundations in advancing their philanthropic missions. Last week, we celebrated this milestone in Boston with a delightful event. Elizabeth Haney recently joined Emma Greene, Frantz Bien-Aime, and the Upper New England Leadership team, along with Geeta Pradhan, CEO and President of the Cambridge Community Foundation, for a fun pre-celebration event. During the visit, I honored a friendly bet with my Boston colleagues from the MBA finals by sporting green attire and arranging for BBQ delivery. Their warm welcome truly showcased their sportsmanship. Here's to hoping the Dallas Mavericks secure a win next year so they can return the favor! A special thank you to Erin Sutherland, Miceal Chamberlain, and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality throughout the celebration. #philanthropy #greatplacetowork

It was an honor to spend time with our Global Ambassadors in New York yesterday. The Global Ambassadors program, created in 2012 in collaboration with Vital Voices Global Partnership, connects emerging talent from small and medium social businesses and non-profit organizations with senior women executives for a week of mentoring. Participants of the Global Ambassadors Program are addressing critical global issues such as the climate crisis, gender-based violence, and economic and racial inequalities while driving local economic growth and fostering positive social change in their communities. These women are truly exceptional in their respective fields. Grateful to Pam Seagle and Zoe Dean Smith for spearheading this vital initiative and to Soamoya Rankins for involving me in a mentoring opportunity. AJ Barkley's words were truly inspiring, and it was wonderful to reconnect with Kristen Kneier Hill, CFA. Special thanks to Katy Knox for her enduring support of the Global Ambassadors program. Also, a big shoutout to Eliza Murphy and Lancer Photography for capturing the memorable moments.
