This summer we are excited to welcome nearly 300 co-op students and interns, who are joining nearly 200 Southern Company teams from across the system to help build a brighter future. This Pride Month we want to spotlight two of our LGBTQ+ employee resource groups (ERGs), Georgia Power Company's PRIDE Power and Southern Company Gas' Spectrum (GAS). The two ERGs united as one team in a recent community service project for CHRIS 180. The organization is Georgia's first and largest nonprofit organization that openly celebrates and serves LGBTQ+ youth.
