On International Firefighters Day, we're proud to support firefighter education and preparedness at Fayetteville Technical Community College's Fire and Emergency Training Complex. Spanning 30-acres, this cutting-edge facility caters not only to students but also to the continuing education of our current firefighters in the region. As we embark on phase two of this complex, with two additional burn buildings, we're committed to enhancing immersive training experiences for all. We are thrilled about the recognition Wake Technical Community College's Central Energy Plant and Infrastructure project has received this past week. > The Green Building Initiative awarded the facility the 2023 Green Globes Project of the Year! As the first project in North Carolina to achieve Four Green Globe certification, the facility is a leader in energy efficiency and sustainability. > This project also received Design Build Institute of America-Southeast Region Project of the Year and the Gold Award for Vertical Construction Commercial less than $100M!
