Quest, in partnership with TranSystems, proudly hosted a public meeting this week in Sebastian, Florida, regarding the Sebastian Inlet Bridge Replacement project. Over 77 attendees joined us as Ian Biava from TranSystems, Binod Basnet, P.E. Project Manager from FDOT, and Billy Canedo, District 4 Communications Manager from FDOT, addressed questions and concerns. We were honored to have several local elected officials express their support, including Fred Jones, Council Member, City of Sebastian; Ed Dodd, Mayor, City of Sebastian; Joseph Flescher, Vice Chairman, District 2, Indian River County; and Janice Broda, Commissioner, Indian River Mosquito Control.

#TranSystems James Hyland (Jay) placed 3rd in the Pittsburgh ENGINEER Magazine’s International Bridge Conference (#IBC) annual photo contest. Jay's stunning photograph of the Royal Gorge Bridge, spanning the Arkansas River in Canon City, Colorado, earned him this honor. He also received 8th place for a second photograph, capturing the Park Union Bridge in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The IBC photo contest theme, “Desert Bridges,” sought to celebrate artful and creative photographic expressions of #bridges. Jay’s entries stood out for their artistic composition and ability to showcase the breathtaking natural scenery of #Colorado. The judges praised his work as both classic and exceptionally well-captured, highlighting the beauty of the #structures. Congratulations, Jay!👏
