In March of 2010, David Bradford, AIA, LEED AP, Walter Sawyer, AIA, NCARB and Paul Fox had a vision to create a design focused firm integrating architecture, interior and experiential design. 14 years later, 310ai is growing and thriving, having added Albert McDonald, AIA and Robert Cramer, AIA to the leadership team. Here’s to the next 14 years! Happy Birthday 310 Architecture + Interiors!

She brings with her a wealth of valuable skills and experience working within the built environment. NEW PROJECT PHOTOS! Check out the before & after photos from our recent design-build collaboration with 310 Architecture + Interiors for K-FLEX USA's North American headquarters. The primary objective was to modernize K-Flex's workplace environment while enhancing it's appeal as a more employee-friendly and inspiring workspace. Through meticulous planning and thoughtful design, the design-build team brought K-Flex's vision to life. The revamped office is now a testament to modernity and employee well-being, seamlessly blending functionality with a vibrant atmosphere. we are so honored to have played a part in creating the physical space needed for this important UNC CH program.
Exercise has become a prescriptive recommendation for recovery from illnesses and regaining wellness, particularly for cardiac patients and cancer survivors. But there was a reluctance to suggest patients undergoing cancer treatments should exercise – now that’s changing. Anyone who is 15 or older and has received a cancer diagnosis is welcome to participate in UNC UNC Healthet Real and Heel program. “Most of our participants have finished with what would be their major treatments – chemo, radiation and surgery – and they may be doing maintenance therapies, but generally they’re looking to get a handle on their health and well-being, and figure out what exercise looks like post-cancer,” says Carly Bailey, program director of physical activity and integrative oncology for Get Real & Heel, part of the UNC UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Centerhealthcare #cancer #wellness #cancertreatment #raleigh #durham #unc #chapelhill #wellnesstraining
