We are excited to share the design for the new Williamsburg Sports and Events Center—a project poised to reshape recreation and entertainment in the Williamsburg, James City County, and York County area. In addition to basketball, volleyball, and pickleball courts, meeting spaces and food courts, the new Williamsburg Sports and Events Center will also include a conversion turf system, a climbing rock wall, and a clip & climb area. The project will drive tourism to the Greater Williamsburg Region and provide significant quality of life improvements for the residents in all surrounding localities. We look forward to seeing this project progress with our incredible team: MEB, Timmons Group, GuernseyTingle, Henderson Inc., Victus Advisors

Education meets innovation at the new Fuquay-Varina Middle School. Our team's recent tour revealed how thoughtful design can transform the learning experience. The school's layout encourages community building, with classroom wings creating intimate learning communities within the larger school. A central media center serves as the heart of the facility, while outdoor classrooms and an amphitheater merge indoor and outdoor learning. Opening in 2024, this school isn't just responding to Fuquay-Varina's growth – it's anticipating future educational needs. We're excited to see how this space will inspire the next generation of learners and leaders. Stay tuned for more highlights from this exciting project! Wake County Public School System
