Doug is a long-time resident of South Jersey, and he shares his life with his loving wife, two sons, and their chocolate lab Rylee. He is currently an employee benefits consultant, and he has carved a niche in assisting non-profit organizations to enhance their employee benefits programs while simultaneously achieving cost savings. Doug's commitment to the non-profit sector runs deep, influenced by his Mom, who has been the CEO of a South Jersey non-profit for over four decades! Doug's journey into supporting non-profits was significantly shaped by his introduction to Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) Bucks County through Lauren Le-Neou. Moved by the organization's mission and the positive impact it has on the community, Doug has since become an ardent supporter of BBBS Bucks County. His passion for non-profits and his professional expertise make him a valuable ally to organizations striving to maximize their resources and serve their communities effectively. Welcome, Doug!
