How do charities build a fundraising funnel? We know that donations have dropped, and funds and grants have decreased in value. Income diversity is the key for the non-profit sector going forward. We've recently spoken with senior individuals transitioning from the commercial sector to fundraising roles. Organisations are thinking differently which is brilliant to see.  Key questions have to be asked: Can we improve the donor journey? Can we increase our ROI? How do we increase our conversion rate? Are we looking at a shift in our income streams? Finding ways to move donors all the way through funnels to complete the process is crucial, across all income streams. Doing the same old things, will, inevitably, have the same old results (or worse!). We need to diversify the way we raise funds instead of channels that no longer yield.
