We hit new milestones with our strategic Carrier Partners and experienced significant year-over-year growth in all markets. 🏆 Our Chicago Team wins the Market of The Year Award, led by Casey Meyer 🌟 Our Client First Mission 🌟 We are committed to excellence and delivering value for our Broker & Carrier Partners! 🤝 Market Feedback 🤝 Our clients, brokers, carriers, and internal teams have shared appreciation for our work quality & commitment to partnership. We won't take that for granted! 📣 We expanded in the western region by launching our Phoenix office with Curtis Rauch 📣 💪 We elevated the game in the National Accounts space by expanding and adding great people, industry experience, expertise, and extensive market resources, including leave. 💪 💡We collectively implemented countless process improvements, client delivery enhancements, team touchpoints, and internal resources across the company. ✅ We focused on Distribution Effectiveness, Client Service & Retention Partnership, and Market Intelligence. ✅ 🚀 We firmly launched Aspect, our project management and data & analytics platform company-wide, with great success. We are taking that beyond project management and using the data & analytics in a much bigger way in 2024. 🚀 🌐 We welcomed many new hires in 2023, which increased our team size by 34%—with many more great people joining in 2024 🎉 We developed new roles, celebrated career milestones and promotions (and some personal milestones, too!) 👍 We doubled down on personal development and elevated our game as a team!
