Guv nominates new members to KU senate
Thiruvananthapuram: Governor Arif Mohammad Khan has nominated four student members and one headmaster to the Kerala University senate. According to a statement from Raj Bhavan, the nominees to the students' constituencies have demonstrated outstanding abilities in humanities, science, sports, and fine arts.
The nominated students are: Deviaparna JS, a PhD student in History at Kerala University, Krishnapriya R, an MSc Chemistry student at Kerala University, Ramanand R, an MA English Language and Literature student at NSS College, Pandalam, and GR Nandana, a BA English Language and Literature student at Mar Ivanios College, Thiruvananthapuram.
Additionally, Sujith S, the headmaster of Government High School in Thonnakkal, has been nominated to the senate.
