Ranchi: Chief minister Hemant Soren, who was sworn into office on July 4, will face a floor test in the Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha on Monday to keep his new coalition govt afloat.
The 48-year-old, who became the CM within a week of getting bail in a money laundering case, huddled the MLAs of the Congress, JMM and the RJD at his residence on Sunday to chalk out a strategy for floor test.
The cabinet expansion is also expected to take place in the afternoon. Oath taking ceremony will take place at 3 pm onwards at Raj Bhavan.
