Boyfriend killed woman before ending his life

Raipur: The woman who was found dead inside a hotel in Raipur on Sunday was last seen with her boyfriend, Vishal Garg. Preliminary probe indicated that she was stabbed to death by Vishal, who too killed himself. He slipped the woman’s phone in a train to mislead police about her location.
Vani Goyal, of Ambikapur was on a long stay in Raipur at a relative’s place and preparing for marriage.She was under pressure by Vishal Garg for marriage, and trying to avoid meeting him. According to information, after being pressured, Vaani agreed to meet him at the hotel on Saturday, where the duo might have had argument and Vishal killed her by stabbing her repeatedly.
When Vaani didn’t answer the calls, her family traced her last location to a hotel but when police team reached there with the family, hotel management allegedly denied access to the rooms. On Sunday Vishal’s beheaded body was found on the railway tracks. Few hours later, police traced his last location to the hotel and forced opened the hotel room, only to find Vaani dead.
