Three killed, four injured as autorickshaw collides with truck in Maharashtra

NEW DELHI: Three individuals lost their lives, and four others were injured in a collision between an autorickshaw and a truck in Nanded district, Maharashtra, on Saturday afternoon, according to police.
The incident took place in Dharmabad taluk near the Maharashtra-Telangana border.
An autorickshaw carrying passengers and goats was traveling towards Dharmabad when it collided head-on with a truck coming from the opposite direction.

The deceased have been identified as the autorickshaw driver, Sheikh Mujeeb Sheikh Babumiyan, aged 44, and passengers Ganesh Ashok Murari, aged 21, and Piraji Laxman Adkekar, aged 50.
Four injured individuals are currently receiving medical treatment at a local hospital.
A case has been registered regarding this incident.
