Many trains passing via UP cancelled
Lucknow: Due to downpour and rail yard remodelling in Madhya Pradesh, scores of trains passing via Uttar Pradesh will remain cancelled for several days.
According to North Eastern railway zone, due to heavy rainfall around Khatima-Banbasa stations on Pilibhit-Tanakpur rail section of Izzatnagar division, trains such as 15076 (Tanakpur-Shaktinagar), 05061/05062 (Mathura Junction-Pilibhit), 05342/05394/05341/05393 (Tanakpur-Pilibhit), 05321/05322 (Bareilly-Tanakpur), 12035 (Tanakpur-Delhi) and 15075/15073/15075 (Singrauli-Tanakpur) will remain cancelled on Tuesday.

Also, between July 9 to 11, passenger trains such as 05361/05356/05362/05355 (Nanpara- Mailani) will remain cancelled. Similarly, according to Northern Railway Lucknow division, due to remodelling of Bhusaval-Khandwa section express trains such as 12168/12167 (Banaras-Mumbai), 15065/15066 (Gorakhpur-Panvel), 15067/15068 (Gorakhpur-Bandra), 01028 (Gorakhpur-Dadar), 05326 (Mumbai-Gorakhpur), 01025/01026 (Ballia-Dadra) will remain cancelled between July 15 and July 24.
