AMETHI: At least 5 people were killed and 12 sustained injuries when a Bihar-bound bus was hit by another vehicle on the Purvanchal Expressway in Uttar Pradesh early Tuesday morning.
"The incident took place at about 2am," said Tanuj Pal, station house officer, Shukul Bazar.
The injured have been admitted to the Jagdishpur community health centre for treatment.
