Haryana is the first state in the country to create its own “Creche-Policy”, setting an example for other states.
Detailing the policy, the minister stated that these creche centres, located near women workplaces, can care for children aged six months to six years for eight to 10 hours and skilled and trained staff manage activities such as play, regular health check-ups and vaccinations, sleeping arrangements, education, and physical development.
