Haryana minister suspends DEEO after employees complain her working style and exploitation

HISAR: The District elementary education officer (DEEO) of Hisar, Nirmal Dahiya, has been suspended by minister of public health engineering Dr. Banwari Lal for allegedly harassing employees. The employees of the district education department had complained that Dahiya's working style was arrogant and that she was exploiting them in various ways.
During a meeting of the Grievances Committee held at the district headquarters, the suspension order was issued.The minister asked to comply with the orders and transfer her as well. Out of 17 complaints, 13 were resolved on the spot, and directions were given to the concerned officials for the remaining complaints.
BJP leader and former minister, Capt. Abhimanyu and other leaders also said that they had received complaints against Dahiya. He said that Dahiya's suspension was a necessary step and that the government will not tolerate any kind of harassment or arrogance.
The employees of the district education department have welcomed the suspension of Dahiya, saying that it will bring relief to them. They alleged that Dahiya used to humiliate and exploit them, and his suspension will bring a sense of justice to them.
During the event Minister Banwari Lal, inaugurated several development projects in various villages. These projects include construction of additional water supply infrastructure in Garhi village, Upgradation of water supply schemes in Dhandheri, Deppal, and Dhani Mehnda villages, construction of water tanks in Dhani Mehnda and Dhani Pal villages, boosting station and water distribution system in Kumbha village, water management works in Kulana village, widening and strengthening of 12 roads spanning 23.985 km in the Hisar assembly constituency. These projects aim to improve water supply and road infrastructure in the region..
