Dustin Lomas and Tyler Lutz

Dustin Lomas, left, is still on the run, while Tyler Lutz, right, has been apprehended.

The second teen, Tyler Lutz, 18, of Reading, was apprehended on Monday.

PSP reports that Lutz was spotted by a Tullytown Borough Police officer attempting to blend in with the carnival employees at an event in Bucks County.

Lutz was taken into custody and arraigned. He was unable to post bail, police say.

District Attorney John Adams says escape charges are filed in Berks Co. against the teens.
