Maranatha Broadcasting Company, Inc. has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this site. This is how we will handle information we learn about you from your visit to our website. The information we receive depends upon what you do when visiting our site.

Depending on your interactions with us, we and our service providers may collect the following information from and about you:
Location Information is the information Maranatha Broadcasting Company, Inc. and our service providers collect from your device that allows us to provide weather alerts, weather forecasts, and other content for your current location and other places you can choose. This feature uses precise location (such as precise GPS coordinates) when allowed by you. We also use the location information you have entered, such as zip code or city name, in the app and the locations associated with event tracking you have created. You can disable the collection of precise location at any time using your device settings.
User-Generated Content consists of photos or videos that you upload as part of the 69News WX (Weather App). User-Generated content, including personal information, may be used publicly: published as part of our other services; published on our social media pages on other platforms; or posted and displayed on our own services such as newscasts. User-Generated Content may be used at our sole discretion and is subject to our Terms of Use. You should not upload materials that reveal your personal information or the personal information of others. If you do not wish to disclose metadata to us that may be associated with your User-Generated Content, you should either refrain from uploading the content or take steps to remove such metadata before uploading it.
